Ibrahim Amer Ibrahim was born in Baghdad, Iraq, in 1975. He received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq, in 1997, and the M. Sc. degrees in electrical engineering/ Electronic and communication Engineering from University of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq, in 2000 and a his Ph.D from University of Malaya, Kula lumpur, Malaysia, in 2019, he joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Baghdad, as a Lecturer in 2005, and in 2012 became a Senior Lecturer.
