يعد الحق في التعليم من حقوق الانسان المتجددة والتي تكاد تجمع الدساتير والقوانين المختلفة على معالجة الاحكام المنظمة له، والسبب في ذلك أنَّ هذا الحق يعد مقياس لتحضر وتقدم المجتمع لاي دولة.

ومن هذا المنطق جاء بحثنا ليسلط الضوء على التنظيم الدستوري والقانوني للحق في التعليم في العراق مع مقارنته بدول أخرى كجمهورية مصر العربية من اجل وضع ضوابط تنظم هذا الحق وكيفية التمتع به.

  يعتبر موضوع حق الرجوع على الشريك في المال الشائع في حالة الانتفاع والتصرف من المواضيع المهمة في الحقوق العينية ، وتكمن اهميته من خلال تحديد النطاق الذي يسمح به القانون للشريك بماشرة السلطات التي يخولها اياه حق الملكية على حصته الشائعة ، اذ لا يسمح القانون بتجاوز هذا النطاق من قبل اي شريك لأنه يعد تعدي على حقوق الشركاء الاخرين ، ومن ثم ينشأ للشريك الاخر الحق في الرجوع على الشريك المتعدي.

Two Prototypes of Transversely Excited at atmospheric pressure (TEA) Nitrogen laser systems (One Stage Blumlein Circuit and Two Stage Blumlein Circuit) were fabricated and operated. High voltage power supply with variable operating voltage (0-20 kv) and operating current (1-3A) was built and tested successfully. The study aims to determine the risk of exposure to air pollution as a result of gases emitted by AL-Dora Refinery. The levels of gases emitted from the refinery in the city of Baghdad and their impact on air quality were evaluated. A study investigated the effects of abetacept (Orencia) drug on the level of liver enzyme and on liver histology in albino male mice. Fourty five adult male mice of 8 weeks age and weighting 25-35g divided into three groups (15 mice each). The second & third groups were treated with abetacept drug while the first group was used as a control.

This work describes the inhibition effect of different concentration of an aqueous extract of Peganum harmala seed on the corrosion of carbon steel in 3.5 % sodium chloride solution using potentiostatic polarization techniques at the temperature range of 25°C to 55°C. The result show that inhibition efficiency increased with increasing concentration of the inhibitor extracts and temperature. The adsorption of inhibitor on carbon steel surface was fit into Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters governing the corrosion and adsorption process were calculated and discussed.

In the present study three classes of surfactants derivatives from benzillic acid were prepared. The prepared surfactants were characterized by FTIR-Infrared spectrophotometer and CHN analysis. The physical properties of the prepared surfactants were measured i.e. (pH, density, viscosity, color, freezing point and stability to hydrolysis).
