The present study entalid collection of (50) ear swabs from children patients
suffering from Acute suppurative Otitis Media (ASOM) carried at the E.N.T section
of the teaching hospital in AL-Diwaniya a City. Whose ages ranged between (1 day-
5 years) during the Period from October 2006 until Jun 2007. The aim of these study
is to isolate dominant pathogenic causes and responsible of (ASOM) in Children and
effect of some antibiotics on this causes.Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was the
dominant cause of Acute suppurative otitis media with the percentage of 49. 23%.

Plasma alkaline phosphatase isozyme in Iraqi fowl was studied by acrylamide gel electrophoresis. Two phenotypes fast and slow, were observed. These two phenotypes have been shown to be controlled by one single autosomal locus with two allel AKPF and AKPS. The gene frequency of AKPS is dominant over the AKPF. The result indicated that gene frequency of AKPF in leghorn and new hamshire was more frequent than in local Iraqi birds. Birds of fast isozyme type had higher 90 – day's egg production and egg weights as compared to those with slow isozyme. It is concluded that the fast isozyme can be used as gene marker for spotting out pullets with high body weight sexual maturity, high egg production and high egg weight.

The research aims to identify the relationship between mathematical ability and academic resilience among secondary school students. The research sample consisted of (280) students of the fourth scientific grade in secondary and preparatory schools of the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Karkh 2. The researchers built - based on previous studies and literature - a test of mathematical ability and a measure of academic resilience. The objective of study was determining the most prevalent Salmonella spp. and their antimicrobial susceptibility in broilers and laying chickens and their feed and drinking water in five chicken farms in Karbala, Iraq over the period from August to October 2020. A total of 289 samples, including 217 cloaca swabs, 46 water and 26 feed samples were collected. Salmonella spp. was identified firstly by routine diagnostic methods, followed by applying the API 20E kit, the Vitek2 system, and serology. In this work we present a technique to extract the heart contours from noisy echocardiograph images. Our technique is based on improving the image before applying contours detection to reduce heavy noise and get better image quality. To perform that, we combine many pre-processing techniques (filtering, morphological operations, and contrast adjustment) to avoid unclear edges and enhance low contrast of echocardiograph images, after implementing these techniques we can get legible detection for heart boundaries and valves movement by traditional edge detection methods.

In this paper, we generalized the notions of rough set concepts using two topological structures generated by out (resp. in)-degree sets of vertices on general digraph.      In this work, the concept of the paracompact map has been generalized to other new types of maps, in addition to the fact that the paracompact map has been linked to these new maps.  Accordingly, we will separate these new types of maps into two classes, the first class is called a strong form which implies a paracompact map under certain conditions. While the other class is called a weaker form of a paracompact map, whereas the paracompact map implies them. Finally, the composition operations of paracompact maps are studied.
