By dissolving 1, 0.75, 0.5 g of the sodium sulfate in 100 ml of water, 3 concentrations of sodium sulfate salt 10, 7.5, and 5 mg/cm3 were obtained. The sulfur ions react with lead ions when the wire explodes, producing PbS nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) of the particle structure revealed a face centered cube arrangement (fcc). Three radionuclides (U-238, Th-232, K-40) were detected in all the wheat flour samples with a multichannel buffer (MCB) detector. The effect of temperature and pH on the stability of the antibacterial
“tilmicosin” was evaluated in this study. The temperature degrees studied were
25 , 45 and 65 oC each for 24 hours , while the pH values studied were 6 , 7 and
8 each at room temperature and for 24 hours also.
A microbiological assay method was employed for analysis of the collected
samples.
The results of analysis indicate significant drop in activity of the drug as a
results of exposure to temperature or pH.
The above mentioned results necessitate the maintenance of drinking water in
the storage depots of the field below 65 oC especially in summer season, so to
keep the chemical structure of the drug and to offer enough therapeutic<

This study concerns with incidence of infection of gastro-intestinal
helminthes ( Nematode) in horses. Results revealed that the rate of parasitic
helminthes was 50.54%. The peak of Nematode infection was 86.6% in
Spring followed by 57.5% .during Autumn then the infection declined in
Summer and Winter to 33.73% and 22.5% respectively Four genera of
parasitic nematodes were identified the highest rate of infection with
Strongylus was recorded in horses 49.54% followed by Parascris 14.09%,
the lowest infection with Trichostrongylus and Oxyuris was 9.09 % and
7.72% respectively. Result revealed higher helminthes infections in females
57.05% than in males 39.7%.
Thirty two mice were used to study the histopathological changes resulted
from the effect of vitamin C on the some mice tissues treated with nitrate.
Mice were divided randomly in to four equal groups. The 1st group was given
Vit C and potassium nitrate via water. The 2nd group was given potassium nitrate
and the 3rd group received Vit C only, while the 4th group represented the
control.
Two animals from each group were scarified weekly. The results showed
similar pathological changes in the 1st and 2nd group especially in the stomach
and intestine which gave severe changes that characterized by hyperplastic

In 120 hen eggs ( local eggs , hatching eggs and table eggs ) a bacteriological
pollution with high rate was observed by isolating 427 bacterial isolates from
which 199 isolates related to the egg's shell , 117 isolates related to albumen sac,
and 111 isolates related to yolk sac .
The Salmonella ssp isolates were the greater number (142 isolates) ,
Echerichia coli ( 138 isolates ) , Streptococcus ssp ( 89 isolated) and lately
Staphylococcus ssp ( 58 isolates ) which was never isolated from internal egg
components (Albumen Sac and yolk sac) .
The study explains that the shell of the egg is more contaminated than
Albumen Sac and yolk sac and that the table egg is more contaminated than the
other groups.
