This paper introduce a new method for using a systolic array to perform the one, and two dimension discrete wavelet transform (1-D DWT, and 2-D DWT). The 1-D needs only a semi-systolic array for its realization. However, it was found that the 2- D method needs the combination of two types of semi-systolic array into one systolic array to achieve its implementation.

The aim of present work is to study the removal of phenol present in aqueous feed solution by the emulsion liquid membrane technique using kerosene as a diluent, sodium hydroxide as a stripping agent, and sorbitan monooleate (Span 80) as a surfactant. The parameters studied were: surfactant concentration, volume ratio of membrane phase to internal phase, and stirring speed. It was found that more than 98% of phenol can be removed at the conditions were surfactant concentration 2% (v/v), volume ratio of membrane phase to internal phase 5:1 and stirring speed 400 rpm. This research examines the factors which influence pedestrian's walking speed in Baghdad. the variations in walking speed of pedestrians are related to pedestrian characteristics such as gender, age group, and clothing traditions. Using the established methodology, the counts of pedestrians were performed using manual and video counting. The case study was performed in two streets located in a highly crowded commercial zone at the city center of Baghdad: Al-Karada Dakhel and Al- Sina’a Street. Data were subjected to statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 19 software. It has been found that Iraqi pedestrians walk slower than other pedestrians in the developed countries or in the region with minimum walking speed of 29.85 m/min.

Splices of hooked dowels and cast in place joints, with or without strengthening steel plates were used. Post-tensioning had been used to enhance the splice strength for some spliced girders. Soils of the study area consist mainly, of ntisols and Aridisols soil orders .Historical Soil data were  collected from previous  works  done in 1972 . and some soil propertic were reavoluoted at 2014. Soil and climate were evaluated for wheat cultivation according to Sys ,et al system (1993) and FAO, (1976) which developed by the Italian institute in  2012.
