We have focused the research problem through an assessment of the applicability of the third pillar of the decisions of the Basel Committee 11 (market discipline) or not and its impact on both the adequacy of bank capital, supervisory oversight and banking risks and the statement weaknesses commitment banking institutions and which in turn lead to the stability of the financial system as a whole. .
The research is important statement on the importance of big capital in the banking business and the attributes of a role in the absorption of losses suffered by the bank, which reflects the willingness of Iraqi banks banking safety through their applicability to those decisions. This study aims to show, the strength of steel beam-concrete slab system without using shear connectors (known as a non-composite action), where the effect of the friction force between the concrete slab and the steel beam has been investigated, by using finite element simulation.

339 individuals , were sorted from 22 samples collected from three sites in Tigris River including , Al- Sarafiya district (S1), Al- Jaderiyah district (S2) and Al-Za'afaraniya district (S3), in addition to one site in the irrigation canal of the Al- Jaderiyah campus of the University of Baghdad (S4) , and in Al- Jeish canal(S5) east Baghdad. The research aimed at identifying the relationship between motivation and self–confidence on the performing routines in the parallel bar. The researchers used the descriptive method on (480) thirds year college of physical education and sport sciences/ university of Baghdad students. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that there is a high correlation relationship between motivation and self-confidence with routine performance on parallel bars.
