This research aims to identify the effect of numbered heads strategy on developing oral expression skills among fifth-grade primary students in Bisha Province. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a research tool represented in the observation card which consists of (27) statements distributed in four axes. The tool was sent to (5) experts in the field to verify their validity. In light of their corrections, the tool was developed to be valid for gathering field information. To verify the validity of the content and the reliability of the tool, the researcher applied it to a sample consists of (20) students from outside the research group. The overall coefficient of correlation between the statements of the tool is as follows: (.95, .93, .87, .88). The researcher also made an equation (Alpha Cronbach). The reliability of the tool was ranged between (0.72, - 0.86) at the level of the four tool axes, it was reached at the level of the tool as a whole (0.94), which indicates that the tool is of a high degree of reliability, and the results of the research can be trusted on. The research was applied in the field at Al-Rafaya School, one of the primary schools, which belongs to the Central Education Office in Bisha Province, during the first term of the year 1440/1441 H. After applying the tool and analyzing its data, the results revealed a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.01) between the average of the experimental group scores and the control group, in favor of the experimental group in oral expression skills in the four tool axes. The researcher used the Cohen equation to calculate the effect size. The results revealed that the value of (Z) is ranged from (3.80 to 4.50) between the control and experimental research group; all of them are significant values at the level of significance (0.01) according to Cohen's equation. The findings resulted in the positive impact of the numbered head strategy among the experimental research group in developing their oral expression skills, where the positive ranks were greater than the negative ranks in all research axes. In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.
Rare earth elements (Cerium, Lanthanum and Neodymium) doped CdS thin films are prepared using the chemical Spray Pyrolysis Method with temperature 200 oC. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis refers that pure CdS and CdS:Ce, CdS:La and CdS:Nd thin films showed the hexagonal crystalline phase. The crystallite size determined by the Debye-Scherrer equation and the range was (35.8– 23.76 nm), and it was confirmed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The calculation of the charge on an isolated dust grain immersed in plasma with different grain sizes is a challenging one, especially under moderately high plasma temperature when secondary electron emission significant. The discrete charging model is used to calculate the charges of dust grain in dusty plasma. In this model, we included the effect of grain size dependence on secondary electron emission. The results show that the secondary electron emission from the glass dust grains due to energetic electron (40eV) can lead to the small grain to be slightly more positive than the large grain. Under these conditions, the smaller and larger grains would be attracted rather than repelled, which possibly lead to enhanced coagulation rates.

Spray pyrolysis technique (SPT) is employed to synthesize cadmium oxide nanostructure with 3% and 5% Cobalt concentrations. Films are deposited on a glass substrate at 350 ᵒC with 150 nm thickness. The XRD analysis revealed a polycrystalline nature with cubic structure and (111) preferred orientation.
