This research aims to identify the effect of numbered heads strategy on developing oral expression skills among fifth-grade primary students in Bisha Province. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a research tool represented in the observation card which consists of (27) statements distributed in four axes. The tool was sent to (5) experts in the field to verify their validity. In light of their corrections, the tool was developed to be valid for gathering field information. To verify the validity of the content and the reliability of the tool, the researcher applied it to a sample consists of (20) students from outside the research group. The overall coefficient of correlation between the statements of the tool is as follows: (.95, .93, .87, .88). The researcher also made an equation (Alpha Cronbach). The reliability of the tool was ranged between (0.72, - 0.86) at the level of the four tool axes, it was reached at the level of the tool as a whole (0.94), which indicates that the tool is of a high degree of reliability, and the results of the research can be trusted on. The research was applied in the field at Al-Rafaya School, one of the primary schools, which belongs to the Central Education Office in Bisha Province, during the first term of the year 1440/1441 H. After applying the tool and analyzing its data, the results revealed a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.01) between the average of the experimental group scores and the control group, in favor of the experimental group in oral expression skills in the four tool axes. The researcher used the Cohen equation to calculate the effect size. The results revealed that the value of (Z) is ranged from (3.80 to 4.50) between the control and experimental research group; all of them are significant values at the level of significance (0.01) according to Cohen's equation. The findings resulted in the positive impact of the numbered head strategy among the experimental research group in developing their oral expression skills, where the positive ranks were greater than the negative ranks in all research axes. In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.

In this study, the harvest of maize silage with the cross double row sowing method were tested with a single row disc silage machine in two different PTO applications (540 and 540E min-1) and at two different working speeds v1, v2 (1.8 and 2.5 km h-1). The possibilities of harvesting with a single row machine were revealed, and performance characteristics such as hourly fuel consumption, field-product fuel consumption and PTO power consumption were determined in the trials. Zinc sulfide (ZnS) thin films were deposited on glass substrates using pulsed laser deposition technique. The laser used is the Q-switched Nd: YAG laser with 1064nm wavelength and 1Hz pulse repetition rate and varying laser energy 700mJ-1000mJ with 25 pulse. The substrate temperature was kept constant at 100°C. The structural, morphological and optical properties of ZnS thin films were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and UV-VIS spectrophotometer.

Twenty five vaginal swabs from outpatients' healthy women were collected from Kamal Al-Samarai Hospital, Baghdad, to isolate and identify of Lactobacillus acidophilus. Three isolates were diagnosed as L. acidophilus which represents 15% of the total number of lactic acid bacterial (LAB) isolates; other LAB types represent 65% (20 isolates).The ability of L. acidophilus to produce surlactin was detected after measuring its biological activity to inhibit the adhesion of biofilm formed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa to surfaces using test tube method. A batch adsorption system was applied to study the adsorption of methylene blue from aqueous solution by Iraqi bentonite and treated bentonite with different amount of zinc oxide (ZnO). The adsorption capacities of methylene blue onto bentonite were evaluated. The equilibrium between liquid and solid phase was described by Langmuir model better than the Freundlich model. Langmuir and Freundlich constants have been determined. The separation factor or equilibrium parameter, RL which is used to predict if an adsorption system is favourable or unfavourable was calculated for all cases.
