يقدم هذا البحث الانموذج الرمادي GM(1,1) من الرتبة الأولى و بمتغير واحد و هو أساس نظرية النظام الرمادي تناول هذا البحث خصائص الانموذج الرمادي ومجموعة من طرائق تقدير معالم الانموذج الرمادي GM(1,1) وهي طريقة المربعات الصغرى (LS) , طريقة المربعات الصغرى الموزونة (WLS) , طريقة المربعات الصغرى الكلية (TLS) و طريقة الانحدار التدريجي (DS) حيث تمت المقارنة بين هذه الطرق اعتمادا على نوعين من المقاييس متوسط مربع الخطأ MSE))

 The purpose of this paper is to recognize the impact of database levels on fields of banking service (provision of remittance services and transfer of funds, save financial deposits, provision of personal loans services) in some of Iraqi banks using one-way multivariate analysis of variance. The paper population consisted of (120) employees, then a random stratified sample of (104) employees was taken. A questionnaire paper consists of (24) items were designed in order to analyze by one-Way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) using SPSS.One of the main findings of the current paper is that there is an impact of database on fields of banking service in Iraqi banks (Al Rafidain and Al Rasheed).

This research aimed to identify the level of English language knowledge among the students of scientific colleges and the preparatory year (scholarship students) at the Islamic University of Madinah. The research was limited to identifying students at the meanings of vocabulary and grammar of the English language. The researcher used a descriptive approach to achieve study goals.
