A character is one of the most important pillars of narrative production. Most critics believe that a character is the focus of events.

   Jacob Steinberg, a Jewish writer who is Ukrainian by origin, wrote many stories, most of which spoke about the lives of Jews in the diaspora, especially in Ukraine. The environment there has been reflected in his stories.

    Steinberg focused on the role of characters in shaping these productions.

The current researsh is aimed to pay attention on concept of human resources hard (Difficult) to manage. Such style of human resourcses has emerged to form anew challenge for busniess organizations.

Management such human resources entails first determing incentives of their behaviour models. Analyzing these models will be important to strategical management of them from work.

It is very known  how great is the  role of the Jewish writers in the system of the Zionist movement. The movement relied on writers and writers to carry out their programs, especially those pertaining to the creation of a "national homeland" for Jews.
