Results: The results showed significant improvements in all variables for the experimental group between the pre- and post-tests. In addition, significant differences were found in the post-tests between the two groups in favor of the experimental group in most variables. Conclusions: The study concluded that restricted training has a positive effect on developing certain motor abilities and offensive skills in youth football players under 19 years old.
