The article is devoted to football lexicon in Arabic and Russian. The charr acteristics that determine the coincidence of lexical units in the Arabic and Russian languages are revealed. Football related words and phrases exist in different languages and in most cases they are the same. With the develop ment of football in the world and thanks to the media, new words and terms have become firmly established in the language. In Arabic, Italian and Span ish words are often used, but there are original Arabic phrases, most often consisting of two words - sports journalists and commentators actively use them. The word »mercato« was borrowed from the Italian language; in addi tion, in the Arabic language there is a phrase »Bab al-intikalat«. Two words»remontada« )in the Arabic language there is the phrase »Istardad al-natija«( and »mundial« )in the Arabic language there is the phrase »Kas al-Alam«( have passed from the Spanish language to the Arabic language. In the Ara bic language, phrases used in the field of football were noted, for example: getting into the trap of a draw, a free goal, a draw with a taste of defeat, etc. football words and phrases are included in the lexical system and enrich the vocabulary in Russian and Arabic.

This study was conducted to prepare protein concentrates from AL-Zahdidate’s pits by using alkaline methods where the chemical composition of the pits were (7.30, 1.04, 5.80, 8.68 and 77.19) % for each of the moisture, ash, protein, fat and carbohydrates respectively and the chemical composition of the concentrate protein was (6.62, 4.10, 26.70, 0.93, and 58.65) % respectively. The content of protein concentrate from the metallic elements (144.07, 25.11, 15.02, 0.49, 0.59, 0.27, 0.22 and 234.6) mg/ 100 g each of potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and phosphorus respectively.
