ملخص البحث تناول البحث دراسة أحد أعمدة فقهاء العالم الإسلامي من حيث العموم والمذهب الحنفي بشكل خاص الإمام محمد بن الحسن الشيباني (رحمه الله تعالى) صاحب أبي حنيفة وفقيه العراق وبعض أحكامه الفقهية المتعلقة بالزروع، ولا يخفى اهتمامه الكبير وباعه الطويل في هذا الجانب، وحرص في الغالب على ذكر وجوه الترجيح، وأسباب الاختيار، واعتمد في ذلك على قواعد وضوابط تؤيد ما يرجحه أو يختاره، مع صياغة ذلك كله بأسلوب علمي رصين، قلَّ أن يوجد مثله في الكثير من الكتب الفقهية. واخترت المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بالزروع عند روايته لكتاب الموطأ للإمام مالك رحمهما الله تعالى؛ وذلك لأنَّ حكمة الله تعالى اقتضت أن يعيش الإنسان على هذه الأرض ويستقر في ربوعها وأرجائها إلى حين، كما قال تعالى: وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ سورة البقرة من الآية (36)، ولا يمكن للإنسان الذي شرفه الله باستخلافه في الأرض، وحمله مسؤولية عمارتها أن يعيش فوقها إلا إذا قام بهذه الرسالة السامية، وذلك بالعمل المتواصل على استخراج كنوزها وخيراتها واستغلال مكنوناتها، وهذا لا يتأتى له إلا بواسطة زراعتها وغرسها بجد ونشاط دائمين لعلّه يقوم بالأمانة الثقيلة التي حملها، وهي المشي والسعي في أرجاء الأرض بحثًا عن الرزق الذي ضمنه الخالق عز وجل للمشتغلين العاملين السالكين منها سبلًا فجاجًا، فبينت رأيه فيها مع ذكر أقوال بقية المذاهب الأخرى ثم قمت بالمقارنة بين الأقوال والأدلة ومناقشتها ليتضح الراجح منها والله ولي التوفيق.
A numerical investigation is adopted for two dimensional thermal analysis of rocket thrust chamber wall (RL10), employing finite difference model with iterative scheme (implemented under relaxation factor of 0.9 for convergence) to compute temperature distribution within thrust chamber wall (which is composed of Nickel and Copper layers). Show MoreThis study investigates the surgical and thermal effects on oral soft tissues produced by CO2 laser emitting at 10.6 micrometers with three different fluences 490.79, 1226.99 and 1840.4 J/cm2. These effects are specifically; incision depth, incision width and the tissue damage width and depth. The results showed that increasing the fluence and /or the number of beam passes increase the average depths of ablation. Moreover, increasing the fluence and the number of beam passes increase the adjacent tissue damage in width and depth. Surgeons using CO2 laser should avoid multiple pulses of the laser beam over the same area, to avoid unintentional tissue damage.
In this research, (MOORA) approach based– Taguchi design was used to convert the multi-performance problem into a single-performance problem for nine experiments which built (Taguchi (L9) orthogonal array) for carburization operation.
