الاعراض الشائعة لدى اطفال التوحد وفقاً للدليل الاحصائي الخامس للاضطرابات النفسية والعقلية (DSM-5)

   يُعد اضطراب طيف التوحد من الاضطرابات النمائية الأكثر انتشاراً، ويشكل تحدي للأُسرة والمجتمع بأكمله، وتنوعت أساليب تشخيصه حسب الأعراض الظاهرة، وينبغي ان يتم التفريق بين هذا الإضطراب والاضطرابات النمائية الاخرى، كذلك هدف البحث إلى إعداد أداة لقياس هذا الإضطراب وفقا للدليل الإحصائي الخامس للإضطرابات النفسية والعقلية (DSM-5 ، وكذلك تعرف أكثر الأعراض شيوعاً لدى عينة من اطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد بلغت (60) طفلاً توحدياً، وتوصل البحث الى ظهور الأعراض الآتية: (ضعف التواصل الحسي، ضعف التفاعل الاجتماعي، السلوك النمطي ،ضعف التواصل اللغوي) ، وكذلك ظهر ان أكثر الأعراض شيوعاً هو: (ضعف التواصل اللغوي)، وتوصلت الباحثان إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Stopping power and range calculations of protons in human tissues

In this research, the stopping power and range of protons in biological human soft and hard tissues (blood, brain, skeleton-cortical bone, and skin) of both child and adult are calculated at the energies ranging from 1MeV to 350 MeV. The data is collected from ICRU Report 46 and calculated the stopping power employing the Bethe formula. Moreover, the simple integration (continuous slowing down approximation) method is employed for calculating protons range at the target. Then, the stopping power and range of protons value in human tissues have been compared with the program called SRIM. Synthesis and Characterization of New 2-amino-5-chlorobenzothiazole Derivatives Containing Different Types of Heterocyclic as Antifungal Activity

Nine new compounds of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzothiazole derivatives were synthesized. These new compounds were formed through the reaction of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzothiazole 1 with ethyl chloroacetate and KOH, which gave an ester derivative 2, followed by refluxing compound 2 with hydrazine hydrate to afford hydrazide derivative 3. The reaction of compound 3 with CS2 and KOH gave 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol derivative 4, and then the reaction of compound 2 with thiosemicarbazide to produce compound 5  then treated it with 4%NaOH led to ring closure to provide 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol derivative
