Throughout the development of the history of literature, both Russian and world, the image of a woman has always occupied a significant position in the works of authors. This article presents an analysis of the images of women in the poetry of Valery Bryusov and Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab. The image of a woman has always been glorified, from ancient times to modern works of art. The article examines which images of women are presented in the lyrical works of the authors. To address this issue, we focused on the images of symbolism presented in the descriptions of women from different cultures — Russian and Iraqi. Also presented are images of the “traditional” woman in the cultural and historical era in which the authors in question published and wrote their works. The work of Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab partially overlaps in the main theme for the poet — his inspiration, the image of a woman. In their creative works, both poets express a significant and deep respect for the female image, emphasizing its importance. In addition, both Badr Shakir Al-Sayyab and Valery Bryusov are among the most popular poets during their lifetime, which allows us to judge the significant contribution of poets to world literature.
As a result of the significance of image compression in reducing the volume of data, the requirement for this compression permanently necessary; therefore, will be transferred more quickly using the communication channels and kept in less space in memory. In this study, an efficient compression system is suggested; it depends on using transform coding (Discrete Cosine Transform or bi-orthogonal (tap-9/7) wavelet transform) and LZW compression technique. The suggested scheme was applied to color and gray models then the transform coding is applied to decompose each color and gray sub-band individually. A simile is a figure of speech that draws resemblance with the help of the words such as (like) or any other closer in meaning word. The present paper deals with the theme of a simile in the poetry of Khwaju Kermani, a truly great Persian poet.
Besides being a great poet, Khwaju Kermani was also a fine professor of sciences. He was, also, known by his ghazals in which he imitated and was influenced by two of the most immense poets (Saadi) and (Hakim Sanai).
