Concealment of the Offenders:

Its Conceptions, Evidence, Objectives, Criteria

This study discusses the concealment of the offenders, but also emphasize the importance of clarifying this concept. Furthermore, it differentiates between this concept and other relevant concepts. Moreover, this study explains that the ruling of the concealment of the offenders is required by sharia. This is evident by many proofs of the Quran and the Sunnah in addition to being in line with the sharia’s objectives.

The research employed a survey methodology, using a structured questionnaire administered to 30 participants representing journalistic, administrative, and technical staff. In this work, metal oxides nanostructures, mainly, copper oxide (CuO), nickel oxide (NiO), titanium dioxide (TiO2), and multilayer structure were synthesized by dc reactive magnetron sputtering technique. The structural purity and nanoparticle size of the prepared nanostructures were determined. The individual metal oxide samples (CuO, NiO and TiO2) showed high structural purity and minimum particle sizes of 34, 44, 61 nm, respectively.
