Undergraduate graduation Projects 2022. supervised on Master thesis "Molecular and Immunological Study of Myeloid Related Protein (MRP14) and Chemokine (CXCL9) in a Sample of Iraqi Patients with Thyroid Diseases " 2022. Study of antineoplastic activity of Escherichia coli locsupervisor of Msc. thesis al isolates outer membrane Nano vesicle.
This study was aimed to investigate the involvement of Myeloid Related Protein 14 (MRP14) in the production of CXC Motif Chemokine Ligand 9 (CXCL9) in thyroiditis patients. The first group composed of 27 hypothyroidism (HO) patients (12 men and 15 women), age average about 46 years old. The second group had 43 patients (8 men and 35 women) with hyperthyroidism (HR), their mean of age was 42, while 30 healthy persons act as control group (HC) had an average age of 33.47 of men (13) and women (17). The three groups were testing for triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) furthermore, testing the thyroglobulin (TG), anti-thyroperoxidase (a-TPO), anti-TSH receptor (TSHR) and serum level of MRP14 by

This study included 50 subjects (evenly distributed between sexes) and their range of ages starting from 2 to 67 years. According to the study's result, the ages and genders of subjects include susceptibility to COVID-19. Males were found to be more infected than females, and the ages of 36 to 67 were more common than other age ranges. Also, BMI calculations revealed that male patients with COVID-19 have the highest percentage of obesity. The clinical parameter results have been found serum C‐reactive protein (CRP) as an essential indicator that changes significantly in infection with COVID‐19 an

This was followed by purification with gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-150, which was 2mg/ml. The morphology and size of purified EC-OMVs were confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) at 40-200 nm. The nature of functional groups in the vesicle vesicle was determined by Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis. The antitumor activity of EC-OMVs was conducted in vitro by MTT assay in human ovarian (OV33) cancer cell line at 24,48 and 96hrs. The cytotoxicity test showed high susceptibility to the vesicles in ovarian compared to normal

This study aimed to create zoledronic acid and graphene oxide conjugation for anticancer therapy. The process of conjugation was confirmed by several characterization methods including UV-VIS spectrophotometry, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and atomic force microscope (AFM). the cytotoxicity of 400, 600, and 800 μg/ml to each GO, ZOL, and ZOL-GO was evaluated on a human hepatic cell line (WRL 68) and human prostate cancer cell line (PC3) using an MTT assay. The antitumor mechanisms of ZOL-GO were examined by cell cycle analysis. The results demonstrated That ZOL-GO caused a reduction in the cell viability of WRL 68

The present study aimed to design HSA nanoparticle encapsulated with the hydrophobic anticancer pyridine derivative (2-((2-([1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)methylene)hydrazine-1-carbothioamide (BIPHC)). The synthesis of HSA-BIPHC nanoparticles was achieved using a desolvation process. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis showed the average size of HSA-BIPHC nanoparticles was 80.21 nm. The percentages of entrapment efficacy, loading capacity and production yield were 98.11%, 9.77% and 91.29%, respectively. An In vitro release study revealed that HSA-BIPHC nan

This study aimed to investigate the role of Fe2O3 nanoparticles (Fe2O3 NPs) in the growth inhibition of multidrug resistant bacteria (MDR) and enhancement of human foreskin cell line migration and proliferation. For this aim, Fe2O3 NPs were synthesized from the bacterial extract and characterized it with UV-Vis, EDS, FTIR, AFM and FESEM assays. In addition, investigate the antibacterial effect using the well diffusion method. as well as study the cytotoxicity effect via MTT assay and the migration of cells through the scratch wound assay for human foreskin (HFF) cell line. The results confirmed t
