Received the Ph.D. Degree in Electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad, in 2008. He is an associate professor in the computer engineering department the university of Baghdad. As a researcher, he joined the Wireless Networks and Communications Centre (WNCC) at Brunel University London, United Kingdom. His areas of specialty and interest include the next generation of mobile communication, cloud radio access networks, and self-organized networks
