Psoriasis is a common chronic skin condition characterized by infiltration of inflammatory cells into the epidermis and altered keratinocyte differentiation.

In this work, psoriasis was induced by an imiquimod 5% cream, an immune response modifier that can induce psoriasis-like skin inflammation when applied topically in mice. Guggulsterone prepared as a suspension and has been orally given to mice before imiquimod application. The results of the current study showed that guggulsterone suspension can significantly reduce psoriasis area and severity index in (guggul suspension+imiquimod group as compared with both control group and (vehicle suspension+imiquimod ) group.

      The current study includes preparing a geometric proposal of the main parameters that must be worked within a seismic reflection survey to prepare a three-dimensional subsurface image. This image represents the Siba oil field located in Basra, southern Iraq. The results were based on two options for selecting these approved elements to create a three-dimensional image of the Mishrif, Zubair and Yamama formations as well as the Jurassic and Permian Khuff and the pre-Khuff reservoir area. This study demonstrates the relationship between physical activity, sleep, and health-related quality of life among college students, reporting gender differences in levels of physical activity and sleep.The sample comprised four hundred twenty male and female students from the University of Baghdad's College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Three questionnaires were finished to gauge the quality of life concerning health, sleep, and physical activity. Stepwise regression, independent t-tests, and descriptive statistics were used to examine the data.The overall sample's health-related quality of life was strongly predicted by sleep characteristics and vigorous physical activity, according to the results (F = 0.017, p = 0.000).

In this article, the inverse source problem is determined by the partition hyperbolic equation under the left end flux tension of the string, where the extra measurement is considered. The approximate solution is obtained in the form of splitting and applying the finite difference method (FDM). Moreover, this problem is ill-posed, dealing with instability of force after adding noise to the additional condition. To stabilize the solution, the regularization matrix is considered. Consequently, it is proved by error estimates between the regularized solution and the exact solution. The numerical results show that the method is efficient and stable.

The functional response of Chrysoperla mutata (MacLachlan) larvae that dealt with different prey densities was Type 2. The coefficient of attack and handling time connected with changing occurred through the development of predator and prey or by increasing the capture efficiency of predator and defense efficiency of prey. The coefficient of attack increased with the increasing size of predator and with the decreasing size of prey. Also the handling time increases with the decreasing size of predator and with the increasing size of prey . Concerning the effect of predator density on the efficiency of searching, the results revealed a decrease in efficiency with increasing of number of predators due to interference and cannibalism.

Measurement of the generated light in a flat-spiral glassy cell designed for this purpose were achieved using advanced electronic detection system (with a multiple choice of readout systems). In the present work the two interacting galaxies NGC3395 and NGC3396 were simulated by means of N-body simulation using Intergalactic Gravitational Motion Simulator IGMS code with 500 particles. The structure and the geometrical positions of each galaxy and their contents were found from the time before the interaction. It was also found that the interaction caused the distortion of the shape and construction of tidal tails of the galaxy NGC3395. The simulation image matches with the images of the two galaxies observed by the telescopes.
