الاغتراب مصطلح مشتق من الاسم اللاتيني Alienatin بمعنى تحويل ملكية شيء ما الى شيء أخر أو هو الانتزاع والإزالة . وقد عمدت الباحثة الى تقسيم مفهوم الاغتراب على ثلاثة محماور:

This study includes a palynological and organic geochemical evaluation of Nahr Umr, Zubair, and Yamama Formations in the Subba field, Southern Iraq, represented by three wells (Su-14, Su-9 and Su-8). The determination of quantity organic matter showed that the rocks of Nahr Umr Formation had a total organic carbon of 4.76%, indicating very good production of hydrocarbons where type (II) kerogen was dominant, but the rocks were thermally immature. Zubair Formation had a total organic carbon of 1.91% to 2.26%, indicating good to very good production of hydrocarbons where kerogen of types (I) and (II/III) were dominant, with low thermal maturity. In this paper, an adaptive medical image watermarking technique is proposed based on wavelet transform and properties of human visual system in order to maintain the authentication of medical images. Watermark embedding process is carried out by transforming the medical image into wavelet domain and then adaptive thresholding is computed to determine the suitable locations to hide the watermark in the image coefficients. The watermark data is embedded in the coefficients that are less sensitive into the human visual system in order to achieve the fidelity of medical image. This Research involves radiological study to assess the marl layer in the Euphrates Formation (Early Miocene) as a raw material for Portland cement industry. Nine wells are drilled penetrating the marl layer to the limestone beneath it. Nine samples were collected from core wells. Each sample represents one well. The concentration of the natural radionuclides 226Ra, 232Th and 40K are 14.91, 5.16 and 223.98 Bq/kg-1, respectively. They are determined by using the technique of gamma-ray spectroscopy with HPGe detector. The radiation doesn't exceed the globally

Correlations of the characteristics of this site with the unesco criteria of 2005 for selection to be included on the world heritage list are performed in this study. It is concluded from these correlations that this site is of outstanding universal value that meets at least four unesco criteria of criteria's 10, 9, 7 and 2 for inclusion on the world heritage list.
