المشروع المشترك صورة من صور التعاون التي ألفها التعامل التجاري الدولي، الذي يرتبط بموجبهِ الأطراف لتحقيق غرض مشترك بينهم يتمثل بما يقوم بهِ المشروع من نشاط موحد، وتقوم فكرة هذا المشروع على أساس المشاركة المباشرة، التي يشترك بها عدد من الأطراف بقصد تنفيذ نشاط اقتصادي يعود بالنفع على الشركاء، ويأخذ المشروع المشترك أحد الصيغتين: الأولى المشروع المشترك التعاقدي: الذي هو عبارة عن عقد يُبرم بين طرفين أو أكثر لتنف

تناولنا في هذا البحث, طبيعة واختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية, والمحاولات التي تم بذلها لغرض انشائها بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية ولغاية دخولها حيز النفاذ, فضلاً عن مبررات واسباب عزوف الدول وخاصة الدول العظمى من الانضمام للنظام الاساسي لهذه المحكمة وسلط الضوء على هذه المبررات لدحضها كلياً او جزئيا او بيان مميزاتها, وايضاً الاشارة الى الاجراءات القانونية الدولية والداخلية المتخذة من جانب هذه الدول لعرقلة عمل

اشتمل ألبحث على خمسة أبواب :
الباب الأول : المقدمة و أھمیة البحث , التعرف على مستوى بعض القدرات البدنیة الخاصة الخاصة
بلاعبي الكرة الطائرة وطبیعة المھام والواجبات الفردیة الملقاة على عاتقھم .
أما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في أظھار الاختلاف النسبي في القدرات البدنیة بین لاعبي التخصصات
المختلفة . أما ھدف البحث فیكمن في التعرف على على تخصیص بین لاعبي كرة الطائرة مقارنة
لبعض القدرات البدنیة واشتملت مجالات البحث

In the framework of this study, the phenomenon of transfer is probed pragma-linguistically and socio-linguistically concerning marriage situations among Iraqi EFL learners. The study also strives to look at the refusal strategies most commonly employed by Iraqi female English as a foreign Language (EFL) learners compared to their counterparts, American native speakers of English. The study involved 70 female participants who answered a Discourse Completion Task (DCT), which contained ten marriage proposals to be refused. Each situation entailed refusal of a person from a higher, an equal, and lower status. The researchers adapted Beebe, Takahashi, and Uliss Weltz’s (1990) taxonomy of refusal for analyzing the data comprehensively. The

Ultrasound has been used as a diagnostic modality for many intraocular diseases, due its safety, low cost, real time and wide availability. Unfortunately, ultrasound images suffer from speckle artifact that are tissue dependent. In this work, we will offer a method to reduce speckle noise and improve ultrasound image to raise the human diagnostic performance. This method combined undecimated wavelet transform with a wavelet coefficient mapping function: where UDWT used to eliminate the noise and a wavelet coefficient mapping function used to enhance the contrast of denoised images obtained from the first component. This methods can be used not only as a means for improving visual quality of medical images but also as a preprocessing

Lawful protection of the human gene conceded a moral concern regarding the future of existence human. After the discovery of the human genetic map, scientific experiments and research related to the human gene increased, negative applications of genetic engineering  in particular that violate essential human rights,  the right to human dignity to be specific. These practices represent actual challenges to the existence and diversity of current and future generations. Therefore, the presence of legal rules at the domestic and global levels is an absolute necessity to prohibit these threats and determine civil and criminal accountability for those who infringe any laws related to this issue.

Abstract Drug addiction is considered a criminal behavior, which led the Iraqi legislator to prohibit and criminalize it, imposing penalties on those who use or even approach it. This aims to limit its presence in Iraq and reduce unethical behaviors, leveraging the divine prohibition to curb it. The legislator also encourages media organizations to raise awareness about the dangers of this substance, which has contributed to reducing the phenomenon of drugs in Iraq.

Password authentication is popular approach to the system security and it is also very important system security procedure to gain access to resources of the user. This paper description password authentication method by using Modify Bidirectional Associative Memory (MBAM) algorithm for both graphical and textual password for more efficient in speed and accuracy. Among 100 test the accuracy result is 100% for graphical and textual password to authenticate a user.
