The research aims to design a narrow-band frequency drive amplifier (1.5GHz -1.6GHz), which is used to boost the transmitter amplifier's input signal or amplify the GPS, GlONASS signals at the L1 band.
The Power Amplifier printed circuit board (PCB) prototype was designed using InGaP HBT homogeneous technology transistor and GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) transistor. Two models have been compared; one of the models gave 16dB gain, and the other gave 23dB when using an input power signal (-15dBm). The PCB consumes 2.4W of power and has a physical dimension of 11 x 4 cm.
Expansive soil spreads in Iraq and some countries of the world. But there are many problems can be occurred to the structures that built on, so we must study the characteristics of these soils due to the problems that may be caused to these structures which built on these kinds of soil and then study the methods of treatment. Interfacing RSTP changes are in structural dynamics and the way the forces are distributed. Nevertheless, the overall seismic behavior of this type of foundation in medium dry sand soil links to the pile raft foundation system with partial structural connection has not been studied adequately. To fill this gap we experimentally tested ten pile and group pile layouts in the laboratory in order to explore the interaction of the cushion layer with piles at different spacing. These tests concern the displacement mechanism of the raft foundation and the stressing change of the RSTP layers that occur during earthquakes. The resul

Show MoreThis paper proposes a hybrid speech enhancement estimator that integrates the Perceptually-motivated Karhunen–Loève Transform (PKLT) with the Dual-Masking Harmonic-based (DMH) algorithm in a unified framework termed PKDMH. The main novelty lies in combining perceptual subspace projection with harmonic-residual suppression, enabling the system to jointly remove noise while preserving speech-relevant spectral cues. PKLT first performs perceptual subspace projection and suppresses inaudible components, after which DMH eliminates remaining broadband and harmonic residuals. The proposed PKDMH system was evaluated using the TIMIT dataset contaminated with five noise types: White, Pink, F16, Airport, and Car noise—across f

The research studied NC at four different binder weight percentages (0 %, 2 %, 4 %, 6 %) through Marshall stability tests and indirect tensile strength (ITS) and resilient modulus (MR) evaluations at 5 °C, 25 °C and 40 °C. The results showed substantial improvements across all performance indicators. The Marshall stability increased by 20.7 % when NC reached 6% but flow values decreased by 18.2 % for NC values between 4 % and 6 % because of enhanced permanent deformation resistance. The ITS values showed a 16.5 % increase which demonstrated better tensile strength performance.
