Two Pseudomonas putida isolated from soils of plants roots.  The bacterial isolates were identified by morphological tests. Biochemical reactions the result confirmed that they belong to p.putida. The bacterial isolates were produced hydrolases enzymes such as pectinase, protease and phosphates (Phosphate solubilization) by these isolates were screened. All P. putida isolates were able to produce these types of enzymes. 

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory polyarthritic disease associated with remissions and exacerbations and characteristic genetic, clinical, pathological, and immunological features. The present study was designed to evaluate some immunological parameters of some Iraqi patients with RA. The study was carried out on 75 Iraqi RA patients who were referred to the consultantand which divided into 59 female and 16 male, treated and non-treated. Aloin extracted into alcohol-rich phase with high extraction efficiency,
meanwhile majority polysaccharides, proteins, mineral substances and other
impurities were extracted into salt-rich phase. Partitioning of AQs[Anthraquinones]
is dependent on hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bond interaction, and salting-out
effect in Aqueous tow –phase system [ATPS]. Aloin was partially purified by using
1-propanol [NH4] 2SO4, the use of this solvent showed high efficiency 90.61%
compared with other solvent [2-propanol and ethanol]. The concentration of aloin
detected by HPLC technique, which reached to 91.84% as focus turns out that there

Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) is a major pregnancy complication that causes pregnant women mortality. Here, we had scrutinized the correlation between serum levels of -hCG and biochemical parameters in PIH. Serum samples were collected from eighty Iraqi women (forty women with pregnancy-induced hypertension as patients group, twenty normotensive pregnant women as a positive control, and twenty normotensive non-pregnant women as a negative control) all groups were diagnosed clinically. Pollen of Phlomis spp. grown wildly in Iraq has been investigated for the first
time, as a part of comparative study for the species of this genus.
Description of these pollen were important in diagnosis of this spp., the study
showed that pollen were isopolar and a single pollen is tricolpate, with reticulate
surface, and spherical -subspherical, in polar view, and almost ellipsoid to shortly
ellipsoid in equatorial view, but it was spherical in P. oliveri Bth.;
The longest axis of the pollen is ٤٨ um, thus all the species included in present study
were of medium size. Pollen of P.oliveri was the smallest in size, while pollen of

In this paper, a new method is presented to segment the microscopic images of White Blood Cells (WBC) into cell and non-cell regions depending on the image histogram. The proposed method involves of: first, separating the captured image into its three color channels (Red, Green, and Blue) to produce three grayscale files one for each. Second, apply the histogram equalization upon the three files to obtain the white blood cells image to be segmented into white background, black nucleus with color stains inside and surrounded by cytoplasm. Experimental results show that the proposed unsupervised segmentation method have given reliable results comparable with thresholding method.

In this study the radon gas concentration in air in Al - Haswaa city in province of Baghdad in Iraq have been calculated using CR-39 solid–state nuclear track detector technique. A total of 8 samples selected from 8 region in Al – Haswaa city in province of Baghdad have been placed in the dosimeters for 30 day. The average radon gas concentration was found to be 486.26 Bq/m3 which is lower than the standard international limit (1100 Bq/m3). The potential alpha energy concentration and annual effective dose have been calculated. A proportional relationship between the annual effective dose and radon gas concentration within the studied region has been certified.

The effect of parameters such as pH, temperature, time, with various concentrations of silver nitrate (AgNO₃) and prodigiosin on the synthesis of AgNPs were also studied.  Optimized results of the biosynthesis process revealed an increase in the intensity of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) bands of nanoparticles with shifting at the wavelength of 400 nm.
