Objective: Evaluate the effects of different storage periods on flexural strength (FS) and degree of conversion (DC) of Bis-Acryl composite and Urethane dimethacrylate provisional restorative materials. Material and Methods: A total of 60 specimens were prepared from four temporary crown materials commercially available and assigned to four tested groups (n = 15 for each group): Prevision Temp, B&E CROWN, Primma Art, and Charm Temp groups. The specimens were stored in artificial saliva, and the FS was tested after 24 h, 7 d, and 14 d. A standard three-point bending test was conducted using a universal testing machine. Additionally, the DC was determined using a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) device. The data were analyzed statistically using two- way ANOVA, Tukey`s HSD post-hoc test, and the Bonferroni test, all at a 5% significance level. For each group, a paired samples test was applied to compare the DC of the immediate and 24 h samples. Results: The highest FS value was found for the Prevision Temp material, while the Charm Temp material showed the lowest FS, with no statistically significant difference between the mean values of the groups at 24 h; while there were significant differences at 7d and 14 d of storage. However, within each group, the aging had no significant impact on the FS, except for an increase in the FS of the B&E CROWN group after 14 d. Prevision Temp also had the highest mean DC value. At each time interval, significant differences were recorded. Moreover, within each group of material, aging significantly increased the DC, except for the Primma Art. Conclusion: Bis-acryl composite resin materials exhibited higher flexural strength compared to traditional methyl methacrylate resin during the 14 d investigation period. Aging in artificial saliva did not significantly affect the mechanical performance of the tested materials. Materials with higher DC values showed greater flexural strength; where the Prevision Temp showed higher FS and DC values than the other tested materials.
Two prevalent neurodevelopment disorders in children are attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The fifth version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders describes autism as a condition marked by limitations in social communication as well as restricted, repetitive behavior patterns. While impulsivity, hyperactivity, and lack of concentration are signs of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Boys experience it more frequently than girls do. This study sought for possible factors that put children at risk for autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and it investigated the association between neurodevelopment disorders in children and parental risk factor i

The Tri-copter was chosen because it combines the advantages of the quadcopter in stability and manoeuvrability quickly. In this paper, the nonlinear Tri-copter model is entirely derived and applied three controllers; Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID), Fractional Order PID (FOPID), and Nonlinear PID (NLPID). The tuning process for the controllers’ parameters had been tuned by using the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithm. Then the results obtained had been compared. Sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is an economically important vegetable crop. Wilt disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. capsici is a specific pathogen that affects the pepper. Four isolates of F. oxysporum f. sp. capsici Fo3, Fo6, Fo7 and Fo8 were obtained from diseased pepper plants that were collected from different pepper fields in Baghdad. Fo6 isolate that has high pathogenicity to pepper seeds, Trichoderma harzianum (Th) was tested in vitro against F. oxysporum f. sp. capsici showed a high inhibition rate for the isolate Fo6, the concentration of chelated iron Fe-EDDHA 0.5% reduced the radial growth of Fo6 whi

This paper describes the e-voting system by integrating the biometric authentication, advanced encryption, and watermarking techniques towards meeting such challenges. The system employs the fingerprint authentication by utilizing the Scale-Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) for verifying the identity of the voter to ensure genuineness and non-repudiation of the service. The vote will be encrypted with the AES-GCM technique to be employed in securing the voting process, thus ensuring both data privacy and integrity. Show MoreThis research discussed, the process of comparison between the regression model of partial least squares and tree regression, where these models included two types of statistical methods represented by the first type "parameter statistics" of the partial least squares, which is adopted when the number of variables is greater than the number of observations and also when the number of observations larger than the number of variables, the second type is the "nonparametric statistic" represented by tree regression, which is the division of data in a hierarchical way. The regression models for the two models were estimated, and then the comparison between them, where the comparison between these methods was according to a Mean Square

The reservoir is divided into ten Zones (A to J) formed in the upper Albian-Santonian and contains considerable hydrocarbon accumulations. The limestones were deposited on an extensive shallow carbonate platform on a passive margin and are dominated by rudist biostrome and grainstone facies. Paleogeographical changes mean that identification of the facies is complex. Seismic stratigraphy and isotopic data are used to better understand the structural and geological setting and develop an understanding of the sedimentary environment. The results show that the rudist biostr
