Advanced drug delivery systems offer undeniable benefits for drug delivery. In the past three decades, new methods have been proposed to develop a novel carriers for drug delivery. Nowadays, the major goal is to maximize therapeutic benefit while minimizing side effects. Drug delivery technique is clearly shifting from the micro to nanoscale. Nano-drug delivery systems (NDDSs) are the most promising approach utilized to improve the accuracy of drug delivery and the efficacy of drugs. In this narrative review article, we evaluate how delivery challenges associated with commercial marketed products and discuss newer DDS is being carried out to overcome these challenges .Different colloidal carrier systems such as carbon nanotube ,liposome , were being studied and extensively investigated.
4, 4s (pyridine 2, 6 diylbis (1, 3, 4 oxadiazole 5, 2 diyl)) bisphenol monomer (3) was synthesized from cyclization of Ns2, Ns6 bis (4 hydroxybenzylidene) pyridine 2, 6 dicarbohydrazide (2) in the presence of bromine in glacialacetic acid. Newly five polymers (P1P5) were synthesized from reaction bis 1, 3, 4 oxadiazole bisphenolmonomer with five different di acid chloride. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized polymers was screened against gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Polymers P4 and P5 exhibited significant antibacterial against all microorganisms, as well these polymers showed highest antifungal activity.
compound [1] was formed from the reaction of benzoin and benzaldehyde in the presence of ammonia, which was reacted with sodium hydride in DMF to obtain imidazole salt. This salt was reacted with adipoyl chloride to give compound [2]. Acid hydrazide derivative [3] was obtained from the reaction of compound [2] with hydrazine hydrate. After that Shiff bases [4-9] have been synthesized from the reaction of compound [3] with different aromatic aldehydes. These new formed compounds were diagnosed by 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR for some of them (in Ahl-Albate University in Jordan) and FT-IR spectroscopy (In Baghdad University). All of the prepared products have been studied their biological activities toward two kinds of bacteria. These products show

Treatment of the latter with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride in dry pyridine yielded the ester (II) which was dissolved in (65%) acetic acid in absolute ethanol yielded the glycol (III). The reaction of the glycol (III) with sodium periodate in distilled water at room temperature produced the aldehyde (IV). The compound (V) [2-amino-5-mercapato-1,3,4-thiadiazole] was prepared through the reaction of thiosemicarbazide with carbon disulphide (CS2) in entity of anhydrous (Na2CO3) in (abs. ethanol ). The prepared [HL] was characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1H13CNMR spectra Mass spectra and melting point. The compounds were characterized by techniques UV-Vis and FT-IR spectral studies, micro analysis (C.H.N), determination of atomic absorption, chloride content, molar conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibility and melting point. The ligand acts as a monobasic tridentate, coordinating through deprotonated phenolic O and azomethine N atoms. The compounds are neutral electrolytic in dimeth

The parameter was used from the equidistant spacing model (ESM) model and the non- equidistant spacing model (non-ESM) and another formula of are derived from the relation between and level density parameter . The formulae used to derive are the Roher formula, Egidy formula, Yukawa formula, and Thomas –Fermi formula. The partial level density results that depend on from the Thomas-Fermi formula show a good agreement with the experimental data.
This study includes design and synthesis of new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAIDs) with expected cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) selective inhibition to achieve better activity and low gastric side effects. Two series of compounds have been designed and synthesized as potential NSAIDs,these are: Salicylamide derivatives (compounds 3,4,5 ) and Diflunisal derivatives (compounds 10&11). In vivo acute anti-inflammatory effect of one of the synthesized agents (compound 3) was evaluated in the rat using egg-white induced paw edema model of inflammation. Preliminary pharmacological study revealed that compound 3 exhibited less anti-inflammatory effect compared to that of aspirin after

This distinct rodent was known from only five voucher specimens collected at the confluence of Tigris and Euphrates Rivers in southern Iraq while its occurrence in Southwestern Iran had
never been reported. In the 1990s, a large extent of its natural habitat was catastrophically desiccated and the animal was last seen in the 1970s. Since then, the status of this elusive rodent was shrouded in mystery. In 2007, an extraordinary photograph of a carcass of this species came to the light from Hawizeh Marsh which was interpreted as concrete evidence of the species’ pers
A new series of ?-D-glucose as Schiff bases derivatives is synthesized and characterized with studying their bioactivity. Hydroxyl groups at C (1,2&5,6) sugar moiety are converted into acetal form through a reaction with dry acetone using phosphoric acid and anhydrous zinc chloride as catalysts producing 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropyledine ?-D-glucofuranose(I). The five memberd ring acetal of C(5,6) is hydrolyzed with acetic acid (65%)and a reaction of the new product with sodium periodate is carried on to get an aldehyde moiety which is used to produce a new series of Schiff bases through reacting with different amino compounds such as 4-amino antipyrene . The suggested chemical structures of the prepared compounds are confirmed by u
