Abstract

This research’s goal is to  restore and to revive the jurisprudence of  Mother of Believers (Um alMuaamineen) “Um Salmah” "may God bless her", and to highlight her outstanding assimilation and understanding of religion and her conscious thought.  The current research is a comparative scientific theoretical study  represented in the comparison of  jurisprudence of “Um Salamah” with Hadiths  of  fasting  and pilgrimage rules as well as the duration  mentioned in jurisprudence  of  for doctrines( 4 schools of thought )to identify these hadiths with the inclusion and discussion of their evidence.

The present study was designed to indicate the influence of the feeding plate on the nutritional and general health problems of the isolated cleft palate infants. Citrus fruit contain variety of flavonoids such as Hesperidin (the principal flavonoid in oranges and grapefruit). Hesperidin is found in high concentration in fruit peel of oranges and in substantially lower concentration in juice of these fruits. Hesperidin was extracted from oranges peel by treating the peels with calcium hydroxide. HPLC technique was used to determine hesperidin. Hesperidin was saperated and purified in a purity of about 90.1-95.7% and yield about 1.5 %w/w from oranges peel dry powder. The cytotoxic effect of catechol was examined in two human cancer cell lines, Epidermoid larynx carcinoma (Hep- 2), Cerebral glioblastoma multiforme (AMGM-5) and Murine mammary adenocarcinomacell (AMN3) treated with half concentrations of catechol (1000, 500, 250, 125, 62.5 and 32.25 μM) for 72 hr.
