ان الاستثمار في راس المال البشري االمتمثل بالقوى العاملة مرتبط بالتنمية المستدامة وان الانسان هو الثروة الحقيقية للأمم. والانفاق على التعليم تكون له انعكاسات ايجابية على الواقع الاقتصادي ووالاجتماعي والسياسي. ومن اجل تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على القوى العاملة تم تحليل العلاقة السببية (كرانجر) بين القوى العاملة و عدد الخريجين والسكان وعدد الجامعات والناتج المحلي الاجمالي والانفاق على االتعليم العالي ، بوجود علاقة سببية معنوية وباتجاه واحد عند2 و 3 و4 فترات تباطء زمني متجهة من القوى االعاملة االى السكان وعدد الجامعات ، وقد ظهرت سببية كرانجر معنوية وباتجاهين بين الانفاق على التعليم والناتج المحلي الاجمالي عند3 و4 فترات تباطئ زمني. وكذلك وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات المدروسة في حالة كون القوى العاملةا متغيرا تابعاا .ويشير إلى وجود توازن طويل الاجل .كما ان التغير ابنسبة 1% في المتغيرات المدروسة اثر اعلى القوى العاملة بنسب امختلفة لكن عدد االجامعات كان العامل الاكثر تأثيراً في زيادة القوى العاملة.

This research paper aims at studying the effect of adopting the corporate social responsibility on marketing performance indicators, where the study adopted the descriptive method for theoretical concepts, in addition to the statistical approach by using the SPSS v25 program to analyze the questionnaire and test the hypotheses of the study.
