Background: Langerhans' cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a group of conditions affecting the reticuloendothelial system. This study was done to compare the morphometric parameters of placentas in well controlled patients with preeclampsia, diabetes, and preeclampsia-diabetes with that of normal uncomplicated placentas.
