       The present paper focuses on studying a rhetorical form often used in Spanish linguistic discourse .It also examines the study two sides (theoretical and practical), the concept of metaphor, the most important modern school that deals with this issue, the development of this technique and its relationship with other intellectual ideologies, and the role metaphor plays in interpreting the meaning of the linguistic discourse especially in conveying political message.       That corruption with all its forms,  has prevailed over the whole world, but  with  different degrees relaying on the one who leads these countries of rulers, followers and officials who have been deemed  the main reason for that corruption, but if these  rulers  were righteous, These countries would have blessed and elevated and were corrupt unjust tyrants who were the disaster that befell the chiefs of those countries  with ruin, misery, and backwardness. This is what we sought to prove and clarify by considering the verses of the Holy Qur’an in respect with this topic. The research includes an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion.

Conclusion

After this tour with Alkhund Al-Khurasani and his book “Adequacy of Fundamentals,” we can highlight the results we have got through what we have reviewed in the research:

• Al-Akhund Al-Khurasani was born and raised in a scientific environment that gave him from his childhood the opportunity to gain knowledge of achievement. Therefore, he left to seek knowledge from the beginning of his youth and toured the cities, then he went  to  Tehran and then  He went  to the holy city of Najaf, then left for Samarra, then returned to Najaf in order to work on the scholars and the student.
