The Spotlight Effect, defined as individuals' tendency to overestimate the extent to which others notice and evaluate them, has important implications for psychological functioning, social interaction, and performance in educational and sport environments. Despite previous studies have addressed the Spotlight Effect theoretically and empirically, no validated instrument has been specifically developed to assess this construct especially among students of Colleges of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. This study aimed to develop and validate a Spotlight Effect Scale and establishing normative levels for its interpretation. The descriptive survey approach was used, involving 555 students from Colleges of Physical Education and Sport Sciences across all stages of scale development. The final scale consists of 21 items representing three dimensions: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral, with seven items per dimension. Based on the theoretical framework adopted in the present study, the researchers hypothesized a three-component structure, and the factor analysis results were consistent with this proposed structure. The three components explained 58.754% of the total variance, with a KMO value of .895 and a significant Bartlett's test (p < .001). The scale demonstrated high internal consistency, with Cronbach's alpha of .950 for the total scale and ranging from .868 to .911 across the three dimensions. The findings indicate that the developed scale provides a valid and reliable standardized measure of the Spotlight Effect among university students in sport sciences and may support future research and educational and counseling applications. This serves one of the Sustainable Development Goals (quality education).
The current research aims to reveal the impact of the strategy of cooperative integration of fragmented information in the acquisition of physical concepts and science processes among fourth scientific students through the null hypotheses:
1- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average grades of female students of the experimental group studying physics according to the strategy of cooperative integration of fragmented information and those who follow the traditional method in the test of acquiring physical concepts.
2-There is no statistically significant difference at the level of indication (0.05) between the average grades of female students of the experimen

Show MoreSituational regret and its relation to the vitality of conscience among university students The research seeks to identify situational regret and its relation to the vitality of conscience among university students, identify the significant differences in regard with students’ gender, and identify if there is a correlation between situational regret and the vitality of conscience. To do this, two scales were adopted; one to measure situational regret consisted of (31) items, which was designed by (Al-badrani, 2006), besides, costa and macrys’ (1992) scale that translated in Arabic language by (Al-qaisy, 2013). It composed of (35) items. Total of (120) male and female students were collected from three-different colleges (science, art

The study aims to identify the extent to which the applied colleges at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences meet the comprehensive quality standards in light of the national education strategy for the 2040 Vision in the Sultanate of Oman. To do this, the researchers used the descriptive approach. They used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection that was applied to (237) administrators, academics, and support functions. The study found that the extent to which the applied colleges at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences meet the comprehensive quality standards in the light of the National Education Strategy 2040 in the Sultanate of Oman recorded a high range. The study als

The results showed bunch of problems which could be organized descendingly, the scientific domain ranged between (2 - 2.42), the mean of the psychological domain was (2.85), the moral domain ranged between (2.2 – 2.28)m the problems of study earned (2.30), the material domain got (1.95), the medical and social domain obtained (1.925), and finally, the family domain received (1.887).
The sports institutions in general are affected and contact with sport in particular the environmental factor, whether political or economic, which makes them in constant need to consider their administrative applications to increase the confidence of their employees because of their suitability or consistency with the new reality according to the sports activities that relate to it, The stalemate in administrative and technical aspects of the administrative work method in the majority of the Olympic sports federations makes the achievement of most of the goals far from the present reality, and the selection of suitable alternatives to achieve the objectives by those who disagree with the concepts of modern dictatorial standards It leads to

The differences in their level of skills according to the gender variable (males and females) and the academic stages (first- second - third - fourth). The descriptive approach was adopted because it corresponds to the nature of the research objectives. The research sample consisted of (400 )students selected in a relatively random stratified way. The researcher constructed a logical reasoning test, which includes (6) sub-skills , which is (proportional - probabilistic- synthetic- deductive- logic- variable adjustment). The psych
