The research aims to test the two characteristics of the relationship between accounting profits and the stock returns, to find out the suitability of both of them in explaining the relationship between accounting profits and stock returns for joint stock companies registered in the Baghdad Stock Exchange, also aims to reaching the most appropriate specification for the relationship between the two variables of the company’s stock dealing in the Baghdad Stock Exchange, and get a set of results, the most important of which are: the ability of changing for both of these variables in the profits share and the stock level of the profits does not explain more than 9,9% of the market returns of the Iraqi Joint Stock Companies registered in the Baghdad Stock Exchange, and the ability of changing of each variable in the stock share of profits explain the market returns of stocks which makes the matter of determining the variable explain the returns are possible or at least characterized by a certain degree of difficulty, the research concluded a set of recommendations, the most important are: the results of this study should be dealt with a kind of caution due to the small size of the market and the sample size in addition to the abnormal circumstances that falls under the Iraqi economy, not to mention the low efficiency of the market compared to the developed financial markets and also to repeat conducting such a study on other companies to verify the results concluded, especially with regard to the impact in the size of the companies.
Iodine-doped polythiophene thin films are prepared by aerosol assisted plasma jet polymerization at atmospheric pressure and room temperature. The doping of iodine was carried out in situ by employing iodine crystals in thiophene monomer by weight mixing ratios of 1%, 3%, 5% and 7%. The chemical composition analyses of pure and iodine-doped and heat-treated polythiophene thin films are carried out by FTIR spectroscopy studies. The optical band gaps of the films are evaluated from absorption spectrum studies. Direct transition energy gaps are determined from Tauc plots. Nonlinear diffraction patterns can be obtained by focusing a laser beam through a thin slice of the material. Here, we investigated experimentally the formation of the far field nonlinear diffraction patterns of cw laser beam at 532 nm passing through a quartz cuvette containing multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT's) suspended in acetone and in DI water at concentrations of 0.030.wt.%, 0.045 wt.%, 0.060 wt.%, and 0.075 wt.%. In total, 41 species belonging to 28 genera, 21 tribes and 3 families were collected and identified, including 25 species newly recorded for the Iraqi fauna.

This study was conducted in the poultry field of Al-Mustansiriya University/ Baghdad, to show the effect of adding different levels 0, 1, 5 and 10% of the fenugreek seeds in the rations containing many contaminated microbes on the productive performance of broilers. 150-day-old rose meat was used with a 41 average weight (gm), were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 3 replicates, and for each treatment 15 chicks per repetition: 0, 1, 5, and 10% (T0-T3), respectively.
