يرمي البحث الحالي الى التعرف عن مشكلات  تدريس مادة التعبير والانشاء في المرحلة الجامعية وبالتحديد عند طالبات قسم اللغة العربية في جامعة بغداد لما للتعبير من مكانة لغوية مهمة كونها أعلى مستوى لغوي يصل اليه المتعلم لتحقيق هدف البحث أعدت  الباحثة استبانة المشكلات مكونة من (20 )  فقرة تم التأكد مـن صدقها و ثباتها واجرت الباحثة تطبيقها على عينة البحث البالغ حجمها ( 60  ) طالبة من طالبات قسم اللغة العربية في كلية

The research aims to:

1. Show the effect of corporate governance on the quality performance of certified public accountants through establish the concept and principles of corporate governance and the concepts, importance, standards of quality auditing.
2. Forming a proposed framework for quality performance of certified public accountants under the corporate governance, which show the concepts objectives, principles, standards, and constraints of the proposed framework.

The research in one aspect of it based on the study of theoretical background which re which relate to the subject beside the global experiments and opinions of the specialists

The revolution in technology made students plagiarize others’ work and submit it as their own. The aim of this study is to find the effectiveness of teaching paraphrasing strategies in reducing students’ plagiarism in university of Baghdad. The Sample of the study is randomly chosen out of eighty, fourth year college students. The materials were taught within eight weeks of instruction about paraphrasing strategies. Results represent that treating the experimental group with paraphrasing strategies have resulted in expanding the range of avoiding plagiarism in the post-test.    تكمن مشكلة البحث في الاكتشاف المبكر لسوء صحة الطلبة النفسية و محاولة ايجاد الحلول اللازمة لها في سنوات الدراسة الجامعية من حيث استخدام المواد الدراسية او اساليب التعامل او اسس العلاج الفردي المتبع من قبل الاساتذة مع الطلاب الذين يعانون من اي خلل نفسي او سلوكي، و ذلك لاهمية الحالة النفسية لمعلمي المستقبل و تاثير سلوكياتهم و انعكاسها على التدريس وعلى الطل
