Recently a large number of extensive studies have amassed that describe the removal of dyes from water and wastewater using natural adsorbents and modified materials. Methyl orange dye is found in wastewater streams from various industries that include textiles, plastics, printing and paper among other sources. This article reviews methyl orange adsorption onto natural and modified materials. Despite many techniques available, adsorption stands out for efficient water and wastewater treatment for its ease of operation, flexibility and large-scale removal of colorants. It also has a significant potential for regeneration recovery and recycling of adsorbents in comparison to other water treatment methods. The adsorbents described herein were classified into five categories based on their chemical composition: bio-sorbents, activated carbon, biochar, clays and minerals, and composites. In this review article, we want to demonstrate the capacity of natural and modified materials for dye adsorption which can yield significant improvements to the adsorption capacity of dyes such as methyl orange. In addition, the effect of critical variables including contact time, initial methyl orange concentration, dosage of adsorbent, pH, temperature and mechanism on the adsorption efficiency will be covered as part of this literature review.
This paper presents an efficient methodology to design modified evaporative air-cooler for winter air-conditioning in Baghdad city as well as using it for summer air-conditioning by adding a heating process after the humidification process. laboratory tests were performed on a direct evaporative cooler (DEC) followed by passing the air on hot water through heat exchanger placed in the coolers air duct exit. This study aims to observe and analysis the propaganda discourse image for Daesh, and know how it marketing the fear due to symbols structure, and discover the straight meanings and hidden inspiration, with the ideology that the image presented.
The study is descriptive and qualitative, and the method is analytic survey used semiotic approach.
The most important results of the study refer to:
- Daesh functioning the image in fear manufacture in all it components: the symbol of savageness, body language, color, clothes uniform and professionally shot.
- The indicative meaning of fear promoted by Daesh based of the manufacturing «Holy», and that mean places non-touchable and non-insulted.

Aspartate aminotransferase was purified from urine and serum of patients with type 2 diabetes in a 2 steps procedure involving dialysis bag and sephadex G-25 gel filtration (column chromatography). The enzyme was purified 346.23 fold with 1467% yield and 3.46 fold with 142.85% yield in urine and serum of patients with type 2 diabetes respectively. The purified enzyme showed single peak. The results of this study revealed that AST activity of type 2 diabetes urine and serum increased significantly (p<0.001) compared with control group.
