هدف البحث الى التعرف على نقد الذات لدى تلامذة الصف السادس الابتدائي والتعرف على التحفيز الدراسي لدى تلامذة الصف السادس الابتدائي والتعرف على دلالة الفروق في نقد الذات لدى االعينة تبعا لمتغير النوع والتعرف على دلالة الفروق في التحفيز الدراسي لدى العينة تبعا لمتغير النوع و الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين نقد الذات والتحفيز الدراسي لدى تلامذة الصف السادس الابتدائي ، من أجل تتحقق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة إعداد مقياس للنقد الذاتي بالاعتماد على نظرية بيك واخر للتحفيز الدراسي بالاعتماد على نظرية ماسلو، وكان عدد فقرات كل مقياس بالصورة النهائية من (20) فقرة، وطُبق مقياس البحث على العينة البالغة (150) تلميذ وتلميذة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع البحث ، وبعد جمع بيانات البحث تم معالجتها بإستعمال الطرق الإحصائية المناسبة، وخرجَ البحث بالنتائج الأتية: ان التلامذة لديهم نقد الذات بمستوى منخفض ، بينما التحفيز الدراسي لديهم كان بمستوى مرتفع ، وليس هناك فرق في نقد الذات لدى عينة من التلاميذ تبعا لمتغير الجنس ، ليس هناك فرق في التحفيز الدراسي لدى عينة من التلامذة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ، وتوجد علاقة عكسيه بين نقد الذات والتحفيز الدراسي.
Time is very important in educational institutions. It is also one of our contemporary problem ‚as time is a clear – cut and limited factor‚ it demands that administrators should monitor it by administering and monitoring the principles of time.

The current study aims to identify the predictability of burnout in perceived self-competence among mothers of students with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consists of (484) respondents who were mothers of students with disabilities. The researcher developed a burnout Scale which consists of (19) items and a perceived self-competence Scale which consists of (20) items. A correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of burnout was low (Mean= 2.30), while the level of burnout was high (Mean= 3.87).
