The research aims to study the administrative problems in the sports management of the members of the administrative bodies of the first-class clubs of the province of Baghdad in football. The researchers used the descriptive approach (survey study) for its relevance to the nature of the research. The research community is represented by first-class football players, who numbered (176) players. The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method, as the basic research sample reached (136) individuals from the total research community. The researchers used the questionnaire to collect the necessary data to achieve the goal of the research by applying a questionnaire that aims to identify the role of sports administration in solving the administrative problems facing first-class clubs. The most important results reached by the researchers are that the administrative bodies take into account the competition programs that they set and the important goals to be achieved by using the best ways to achieve them. The administrative bodies also work to organize the various efforts of the club towards achieving the set goals. And the lack of oversight to implement the decisions taken by the administrative bodies to raise the level of the game and the level of programs. There is the absence of special systems to evaluate the activitiesand programs offered by the club does not ensure that the financial policies are disposed of according to the established plan.
In this research the relation between skin resistances and standard penetration test of over consolidated
clay soils has been studied. The research includes doing boreholes at Babil governorate in Iraq to get
undisturbed samples and standard penetration test. Determination skin friction from direct shear test between
smooth concrete and soil was explored in laboratory for design purposes and correlated with standard
penetration test values. In many foundation design problems, the shear strength between soil and
foundation materials were estimated or correlated without any direct methods for measurement.

The results showed that the average of soil pollution by Nickel and Lead elements in north of Baghdad was less than the average of soil pollution in the south of Baghdad which recorded 29.0,9.0PPm and 42.0, 25.0PPm respectively. The research dealt with the analysis of the relations between the GDP of the agricultural sector in Iraq, oil prices, the exchange rate and the GDP both on the short term and long term. The research adopted data analysis for the period from 1980-2019 using the ARDL model. the results indicate the existence of long-term relationships between oil prices and the prices of each agricultural commodity at a significance level of 5%. Also, oil prices have a negative consequence on agricultural production in Iraq, and the Iraqi economy is a rentier economy that depends mainly on oil as a source of income and budget financing.

This research was conducted to determine content levels of heavy metal pollution. Samples taken from Ishaqi River bank and adjacent agricultural soils area, in ten sites, distributed along 48 km of the Ishaqi River, north Baghdad. The evaluated metals were Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Iron, Cobalt, Nickel, Chromium, Cadmium, Vanadium and Lead. PH and Electric Conductivity (EC) were measured to evaluate the acidity and (EC).
