This study examines the relationship between the Big Five personality traits and motivation for sports achieve-ment among youth badminton players. The research aims to identify how personality traits influence athletes’ drive for success and tendency to avoid failure, ultimately shaping their competitive performance. The hypothe-sis envisioned using a descriptive-correlational design to collect data from 51 players based on the use of vali-dated psychological scales such as Big Five Personality Traits Scale and Sports Achievement Motivation Scale. Personality traits were assessed on their effect on achievement motivation using statistical analyses such as Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and ANOVA. The relation between extraversion, openness, and con-scientiousness with achievement drive is found to be positive and neuroticism has negative effect on success motivation and increases in failure avoidance. Pearson’s correlation: Multiple regression analysis again con-firmed that the personality traits account for over 63% of the variance in the achievement motivation, establish-ing their predictive power. The motivation levels of the players with different levels of neuroticism were found to be significantly different with low neuroticism athletes having higher success motivation as shown by the ANOVA test. With these findings, it is hoped that coaches, sports psychologists, and talent development pro-grams will develop personality based motivated strategies that would increase in athletic performance. Future research should address the longitudinal effects of personality and motivation on mental resilience training and external factors of the coach’s style in terms of shaping the motivation of the athlete. Sports professionals inte-grate in psychological assessment in training programs allow them to make interventions with the best combi-nation of motivation and competitive success.

Show More5-((2,4-dibromo-6-((cyclohexyl(methyl)amino)methyl)phenyl)diazenyl)quinolin-8-ol azo ligand (L) has been synthesized through the reaction of diazonium salt for 2,4-dibromo-6-((cyclohexyl(methyl)amino)methyl)aniline with 8-hydroxyquinoline. The azo ligand (L) was characterized utilizing spectroscopic techniques, including FTIR, UV-Vis, 1H and 13C NMR, as well as mass spectrometry and micro-elemental analysis (C.H.N). Metal complexes containing Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) were synthesized and analyzed through mass spectrometry, flame atomic absorption, elemental analysis (C.H.N), infrared and UV-Vis spectroscopy, along with measurements of conductivity and magnetic properties. The experimental findings suggested that all met

However, because only the 12-o’clock position proved to be a nerve-free zone, dorsal plication at the 12-o’clock position can be advocated.
Objectives: To evaluate tunica albuginea plication with and without neurovascular bundle mobilization in patients with ventral penile curvature. Type of the study: A prospective study.

Four Co(II), (C1); Ni(II), (C2); Cu(II), (C3) and Zn(II), (C4) chelates have been synthesized with 1-(4-((2-amino- 5‑methoxy)diazenyl)phenyl)ethanone ligand (L). The produced compounds have been identified by using spectral studies, elemental analysis (C.H.N.O), conductivity and magnetic properties. The produced metal chelates were studied using molar ratio as well as sequences contrast types. Rate of concentration (1 ×10 4 - 3 ×10 4 Mol/L) sequence Beer’s law. Compound solutions have been noticed height molar absorptivity. The free of ligand and metal chelates had been applied as disperse dyes on cotton fabrics. Furthermore, the antibacterial activity of the produced compounds against various bacteria had been investigated. F

Since clear Histologic differences appeared in these two species, it was intended from this study the possibility of adopting a diagnosis between local fish species by staining bones and tissues.
Back ground: During acrylic resin processing, the mold must be separated from the surface of the gypsum to prevent liquid resin from penetrating into the gypsum, and water from the gypsum seeping into the acrylic resin. For many years, tin foil was the most acceptable separating medium, and because it's difficult to apply, a tin-foil substitute is used. In this study, olive oil is used as an alternative to tin foil separating medium for first time, so the aim of the study was to evaluate its effect as a separating medium on some physical properties such as (surface roughness, water sorption and solubility) of acrylic resins denture base comparing it with those processed using tin-foil and tin foil substitute such as (cold mold seal) separat
