Jobbar, Wei Liu & Wenqing Cheng Chapter 568 Accesses 1 Citations Part of the Studies in Computational Intelligence book series (SCI,volume 208) Abstract The stochastic network calculus is an evolving new methodology for backlog and delay analysis of networks that can account for statistical multiplexing gain. This paper advances the stochastic network calculus by deriving a network service curve, which expresses the service given to a flow by the network as a whole in terms of a probabilistic bound. The presented network service curve permits the calculation of statistical end-to-end delay and backlog bounds for broad classes of arrival and service distributions. The benefits of the derived service curve are illustrated for the Exponentially Bounded Burstiness (EBB) traffic model. It is shown that end-to-end performance measures computed with a network service curve are bounded by O(H logH), where H is the number of nodes traversed by a flow. Using currently available techniques that compute end-to-end bounds by adding single node results, the corresponding performance measures are bounded by O(H3).

The study aims to recognize the degree of consumptions awareness of the
Iraqi family; the conscious and studied planning of the family; budget and the
object study of the rationalization s consumption.
The research study 100 specimens of both students and employees who
are housewives at the department of home economics of the college of
Education for women.
Questioner the items are 22.
One of the most important results that the study finds is the availability of
consumption's awareness's level particularly of low income families and
college degrees hdders who are over 35.
The study recommends the necessity of a conscious and studied
planning of the family's budget; its purchase and consumption
Housing finance is considered to be an important and basic element in housing market, so it’s very important to aid individuals and particular institutions to built or buy new housing units.Inadequate finance system for housing is capable of supporting families to fulfill their needs and helping them to buy and built houses represented a big gap between the need to housing units and available stock. The most important finance institutions in Iraq nowa days are the Real Estate Bank and Housing Fund.Althoughthe role played byeach ofthese institutions, but thattheir roleis stilllimited in thehousing financeat the level ofindividuals orinstitutions. the adoption of the real estate Bank and housing fund to the amount allocated by th

The research aims to study the role of e-government in enhancing institutional performance. The dimensions of e-government are: (support and commitment of senior management, technical structures, organization and human resources, knowledge and information, work procedures, attention to citizens' satisfaction, and client parties),while the dimensions of institutional performance are: (Service improvement, innovation, efficiency and effectiveness).
The research used electronic questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, The questionnaire included all the employees in the e-government project in Department of Government Coordinate and Citizen Affairs at the General Secretariat of the C

Concerning the political affairs, Al-wardi presented opinions concerning the Iraqi Society based on the tri-concepts (The individual to be a good citizen, the society to be civic and the state to be modern).
