This research sheds light on an important topic related to the understanding of the Qur’anic expressions and how to deal with them in relation to their meanings and connotations intended by God Almighty and the concept of the term strange among the ancients. الملخص

يرى سقراط ان الحب الحقيقي لا يكون خالصا دون معاناة الالم. وهو لا يكون جديرا بمدارك الحب الصوفي-    الالهي دون ارادة وقوة منع وتنفيذ شهوات الحواس البشرية.

كذلك يرى سقراط ان اول مراتب العشق الالهي تبدا بتطهير وتنقية النفس البشرية من كل ما يمازجها من اهواء ورغبات.
