By the year 2050, educational institutions are expected to undergo fundamental transformations in the way education is delivered, necessitating innovative and advanced models that align with technological changes and meet the needs of the future labor market. Infrastructure: Significant transformations turning universities into smart educational hubs that support remote and blended learning while ensuring campus sustainability. Administrative Bodies: Developing strategies capable of adapting to rapid changes and ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders, including governments and Various institutions Through these axes, this research aims to foresight the future of higher education by 2050 and explore how it can adapt to future challenges while achieving sustainable development goals.

Low-intensity laser irradiation has been explored as an alternative, non-invasive method to encourage chronic wounds to heal. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of low level laser therapy (biostimulation) using semiconductor diode laser with wavelength (785 nm) on the enhancement of chronic wound healing. Fifty patients with chronic wounds were selected to be treated with Low Level Laser Therapy. Their ages ranged between 1 to 76 years. The wound sites were distributed in the lower limb, upper limb, trunk , perineum and head (70%,14%,12%,2%,2%, respectively).
