Introduction. The coexistence of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is commonly observed, primarily due to overlapping risk factors like smoking and environmental exposures. This dual diagnosis introduces complex clinical scenarios, often associated with worsened outcomes and heightened vulnerability to treatment-related side effects. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, especially atezolizumab, have emerged as pivotal agents in enhancing clinical outcomes for individuals diagnosed with NSCLC. Recent evidence suggests that atezolizumab remains effective and well-tolerated in NSCLC patients with coexisting COPD. This review evaluates the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab in NSCLC patients with coexisting COPD. Methods. Literature related to atezolizumab use in NSCLC patients with coexisting COPD was retrieved from PubMed, Embase, and Scopus databases, covering all studies published until June 1, 2025. Both randomized trials and real-world evidence were analyzed. Results. Findings from major clinical trials such as OAK, POPLAR, IMpower110, and IMpower150, along with real-world data, demonstrate that atezolizumab enhances both progression-free and overall survival, without a notable rise in immune-mediated adverse effects like pneumonitis., particularly in patients with mild-to-moderate COPD. Conclusions. Atezolizumab demonstrates significant efficacy and a favorable safety profile in NSCLC patients with COPD, particularly among those with GOLD stage I–II disease
News feeds are at the forefront of news forms that are close to the public's attention for their rapid news content in two directions:
- its speed in summarizing events in one or two sentences easy to be understood and realized.
- highlight the most important contents of screenings or news broadcast.
The researchers felt that the importance of these brief news compared to news broadcast, breaking news and news subtitle are still ambiguous, as well as their contents.
The researchers selected the city of Baghdad as a community to research and prepare a questionnaire form containing (11) questions.
The questionnaires were distributed to a non-relative stratified

The mathematical expressions of axial velocity, stream function, mechanical effect and increase in pressure have been analytically determined. The effect of the physical parameter is included in the present model in the computational results. The results of this algorithm have been presented in chart form by applying the mathematical program.
The accounting information that is produced by any System a user either entering or leaving, since the needs of the users began to evolve where he became the information provided by the current reporting system that does not meet their requirements in terms of users began to demand information, more quickly, and as a result of the needs of the user accounting system and the development of information and communications technology has emerged a new system (real- time reporting system), which has the ability to produce information at the moment of data gathered, it is no longer dependent on local circumstance, but this case has become a global response where the computer has become a cornerstone of the culture of the communi

A non-thermal plasma reactor was constructed in the form of a cylindrical tube made of Pyrex glass. Two stainless steel rods were placed inside the tube to generate electric discharge and plasma condition, by connecting with a high voltage power supply (up to 40 kV). The reactor was used to remove the contaminants of a 1.25-liter 4-cylinder engine at ambient conditions. Several tests have been carried out for a ranging speed from 750 to 4,500 rpm of the engine and varying voltages from 0 to 32 kV. The gases entering the reactor were examined by a gas analyzer and the gases concentration ratio

In order to probe the hypothesis that hypoxia-induced stress could be manifested in varieties of pathways, a model species, mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio), were chronically exposed to hypoxic condition (dissolved oxygen level: 1.80±0.6mg/l) for 21 days and subsequently allowed to recover under normoxic condition (dissolved oxygen level: 8.2±0.5mg/l) for 7 days. At the end of these exposure periods, an integrated approach was applied to evaluate several endpoints at different levels of biological organisation. These included determination of (i) oxidative damage to DNA in erythrocytes (using modified comet assay), (ii) lipid peroxidation in liver sample

This trend is expected to continue as technology advances and our knowledge of thehuman body and disease processes grows. In the treatment of cancer, tumor markers are widelyused for a variety of purposes, including screening, selecting a management strategy, determining the prognosis, and post-therapy follow-up. A comprehensive of the fundamentalsof pathophysiology and identification strategies for each specific malignancy is necessary fortheir prudent application in clinical practice.
