After word war ll, the United States of America pursued a policy of containment aimed at preventing the Soviet Union from penetrating into the countries of the world, especially the regions of the Middle East, Therefore, it worked to emphasize the establishment of relations that include various political, economic and even cultural aspects, and focused its policy in his aspect on Turkey due to its geopolitical position. At a time when Turkey was undergoing developments at various levels and a change in govemment policy after the Demccratic Party came to power, which focused in its foreign policy on strengthening reltions with the West in general and the United States America in particular. The US government was the supporter of Democratic Partys policy and supported it intemally and extemally . But this policy soon changed, and the American government removed its hand from helping the Mandarin govemment, which was one of the most important reasons that led to the success of the military coup of 1960. In this paper, some relations between the flows and the Enveloping Semi-group were studied. It allows to associate some properties on the topological compactification to any pointed flows. These relations enable us to study a number of the properties of the principles of flows corresponding with using algebric properties. Also in this paper proofs to some theorems of these relations are given.

The purpose of the present paper is to light on the relationship between jobs design, analysis and its reflections on reinforcing workers' vocational adjustment. Pigeons have shown high prevalence rate of infection with gastrointestinal helminths and protozoan. This study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence of parasitic infections in the domestic pigeon (Columba livia domestica) from October, 2017 to April, 2018, purchased from bird market of Zakho City, Kurdistan region.
