After word war ll, the United States of America pursued a policy of containment aimed at preventing the Soviet Union from penetrating into the countries of the world, especially the regions of the Middle East, Therefore, it worked to emphasize the establishment of relations that include various political, economic and even cultural aspects, and focused its policy in his aspect on Turkey due to its geopolitical position. At a time when Turkey was undergoing developments at various levels and a change in govemment policy after the Demccratic Party came to power, which focused in its foreign policy on strengthening reltions with the West in general and the United States America in particular. The US government was the supporter of Democratic Partys policy and supported it intemally and extemally . But this policy soon changed, and the American government removed its hand from helping the Mandarin govemment, which was one of the most important reasons that led to the success of the military coup of 1960. This study aimed to identify the political factors influencing the performance of specialized journalists in Iraqi electronic newspapers. The significance of the study stems from the role of communication in newspapers that have established themselves in reality due to their wide dissemination, multiple uses, expanding freedom base, and the current diversity in perspectives. The purpose of this research is to study the organic planning in the United Industry Alliance, focusing on an applied model. It takes the concept of good planning, and its importance in the overall picture, well into political, economic, and military policy. It also analyzes how the United States has used this year to address the challenges that nationalism targets. The research draws on typical examples to illustrate the differences between researcher and decision effectiveness. It also discusses the factors that lead to the success or failure of dynamic planning, and draws lessons from it in other countries. Finally, the researcher begins to help in planning the goal as a basic tool in enhancing effectiveness.

A real method of predication brake pad wear ,could lead to substantiol economies of time and money. This paper describes how such a procedure has been used and gives the results to establish is reliability by comparing the predicted wear with that which actually occurs in an existing service. The experimental work was carried out on three different commercial samples ,tested under different operation conditions (speed,load,time...etc)using a test ring especially modified for this purpose.
