Abstract
The role of the independent variable and human resources capabilities was the role of the adopted variable. The aim of the research is to identify the level of participation in the knowledge of the organization through human resources and the rigorous scientific investigation to develop new mechanisms of action that help To manage the organization in the implementation of its mission and achieve its main objectives that have been found for it is to encourage the work of scientific research and maintain the preservation of its continuity to increase the competencies of knowledge, technical and skill to form a future workforce qualified to work In the sectors of society.
This research is concerned with the study of (the aesthetic of constructive relations in linear composition) with what distinguished Arabic calligraphy through the style and artistic method in its construction, and the specifications it carries that enabled it to pay attention to building formations to achieve in its total linear ranges aesthetic values and relationships. Through the research, the models and the exploratory study that he obtained, the researcher was able to raise the research problem in the first chapter according to the following question: What is the aesthetic of constructive relations in linear formation?
The importance of the research in achieving the aesthetics of the formations, which is a wide field according t
The importance of the study, which is how to use these exercises with the device in rehabilitating the flabby muscles after childbirth, which is a problem found in our society and in need of high education on it because the form of exercises does not need places designated for training such as halls or fitness halls, especially since the social woman has limited movement in which we see the responses Physiology in different ways, the woman’s body is not only subject to the day’s need for work or the need to complete hours of physical training, but she has feminist components that she must overcome, whether it is physiological or otherwise. The research sample was determined by the intentional method available from women whose age

Show MoreThe aim of this study is to investigate the antibacterial capabilities of different coating durations of three nanoparticle (NP) coatings: molybdenum (Mo), tantalum (Ta), and zinc oxide (ZnO), and their effects on the surface characteristics of 316L stainless steel (SS). The coated substrates underwent characterization utilizing field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX), and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) techniques. The antibacterial efficacy of NPs was evaluated using the agar diffusion method. The FE-SEM and EDX images confirmed the presence of nano-sized particles of Mo, Ta, and ZnO on the surface of the substrates with perfectly symmetrical spheres and a uniform distribution of

Show MoreThe current study investigates the role of smart sports bracelets on physical and motor skills development among youth volleyball players, closing the research gap of wearable technology in sport training. Understanding the necessity of up-to-date training measures of handicaps for perfection of athletic performance, the research is focused on comparison of the effect of strength, agility and flexibility achieved with the use of smart sports bracelet with real time feedback (test group) and without (control group). The research adopted a quasi-experimental design through a sample of (12) players et al.-Karkh Sports Club, (6) of them were in the experimental group (who used the smart bracelet) and (6) of them were in the control group (who u

Six full-scale one way bubbled slabs of (3000mm) length with rectangular cross-sectional area of (460mm) width and (150mm) depth are tested as simply supported under two-concentrated load. The results of the finite element model are presented and compared with the experimental data of the tested slabs. Material nonlinearities due to cracking and crushing of concrete and yielding of reinforcement are considered. The general behavior of the finite element models represented by the load-deflection curves at midspan, crack pattern, ultimate load, load-concrete strain curves and failure m

The tests show that the percent of reduction in compressive strength of the samples which exposed to a temperature of 4000C for one cycle was 32.5%, while the reduction was 52.7% for the samples which were exposed to recycled heating and cooling of ten times .
Moreover a study of the effect of specimen sizes on the percentages of compressive strength reduction due to high temperature

This study aimed to evaluate the ability of hesperidin, a flavonoid found in citrus fruits, in inhibiting lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced inflammation, which induced lethal toxicity in vivo, and to evaluate its importance as an antitumor agent in breast cancer. The in vivo experiments revealed the protective effects of hesperidin against the negative LPS effects on the liver and spleen of male mice. (2) Methods: In the liver, the antioxidant activity was measured by estimating the concentration of glutathione (GSH) and catalase (CAT), whereas in spleen, the concentration of cytokines including IL-33 and TNF-α was measured. The in vitro expe
