The paper presents research results of the vibration transmitted from the steering wheel of the tractor with a 2-wheel drive to the driver’s hands. The vibration measurements were carried out on the tractor randomly chosen from the collage of agriculture / university of Baghdad. Before testing the tractor was examined and adjusted following the producer’s recommendations. The vibration levels were measured during the operation tillage at idling and at full load .The field was 31.7 m above level sea. Soil was treated at soil constant moisture (17-20 %) with depth of plowing (17 cm). Objective: This study aims to assess the efficacy of CT-guided true-cut biopsy as a less invasive and cost-effective diagnostic technique for peripherally placed lung lesions.   Methods: fourty patients with solitary lung nodule were involved in this study, true cut biopsies under Ct guide was taken then processed for routine H&E staining.   Results: different pathological features can be identified with different pathological features giving primary diagnostic screening for lung cancer   Conclusion: CT guided thoracic lesion biopsy is very efficient, cost-effective and less invasive technique when compared with the thoracic surgery

Background: Although underdeveloped in Iraq, telehealth was one tool used to continue health service provision during the COVID-19 pandemic. Aim: To assess women’s experiences and satisfaction with gynaecological and obstetric telehealth services in Iraq during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Free telehealth services were provided by 4 obstetrician-gynaecologists associated with private clinics in 2020–2021. All patients who accessed the services between June 2020 and February 2021 were invited to complete a postconsultation survey on their experience and satisfaction with services. Results were analysed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression conducted using SPSS version 25. Results: A total of 151 (30.2%) women re
