Police play an important role in any society. Where they maintain public order by stopping and deterring crime and bringing criminals to justice. In order to achieve these objectives, they have certain means of law (search, arrest, use of force that may be lethal in some cases). However, such means may be misused in a way that harms members of society such as (Exceeding the Scope of a search warrant, violation of privacy of individuals, False Imprisonment, Excessive use of force, Sudden Deaths in custody, Sexual Assault and Harassment, Failure to respond for Domestic violence calls), which raises the civil liability of police officers and their agencies for such damage. Police officers may even abuse their characteristics even outside official working hours by misusing their uniforms, identifying insignia, or the weapons they carry. This research highlights some of the fault made by police officers, that raise their civil liability in the light of American law and Iraqi law, as well as the position of the American judiciary (a rich judiciary in civil cases against police officers), which demonstrates the depth of constitutional culture The legal status enjoyed by members of the American society in terms of their knowledge of their constitutional rights, and the prosecution of those who attempt to violate them even if they are policemen. The opposite is true in Iraq, where the civil action against the police is almost too few and even rare, which demonstrates the lack of constitutional and legal culture among members of Iraqi society. the world's morality in order to face the political and social injustices committed against
humanity. His writings developed over more than fifty years in style, techniques and his
interests. However, his main concern was his social and political satire.
This research aims to understand the main problems and family
commitments faced by working women, and make proposals that would stop or
lessen them, the researcher made questionnaire , applied on a sample of (20)
university female teachers, the study showed that the main problems in respect to
their importance as: Anxiety of leaving children at home alone, the weak role of the
nurseries and kindergartens in taking care of the children, relative large number of
children per family which would lead to more commitments, and the unavailability
of convenient working arrangement for working mothers.

Islam has paid great deal of attention to land issue where has been
considered most resources for providing Muslims with water and food and
building on that we notice that the Islamic government worked hardly to give
attention ton the land especially newly included under control of Muslims
especially that they had got with out fighting or bloodshed but had been
included via reconciliation with the landlords so the Muslims had share in that
would be taken either in cash or in materials in a value would be differentiated
following several issues like type of harvest and method of watering the land
and religion of the landlords.

The study aims at elicitation the morals strategies from sunnah depending on the analytic-qualitative method. It revealed a comprehensive integrated system of creative strategies to improve morals. It was categorized into three areas: cognitive strategies, affective strategies, and some strategies based on self-initiative and practice. The researcher recommended that teachers and educators should employ these effective strategies in the process of moral guidance for the Muslim generation. He also recommended that researchers should put more effort to do more In-depth qualitative studies, which must be directed to establish the origin of different education strategies from the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah, and Muslim scholars’ legacy.
