Thin films of ZnO nano crystalline doped with different concentrations (0, 6, 9, 12, and 18 )wt. % of copper were deposited on a glass substrate via pulsed laser deposition method (PLD). The properties of ZnO: Cu thin-nanofilms have been studied by absorbing UV-VIS, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopes (AFM). UV-VIS spectroscopy was used to determine the type and value of the optical energy gap, while X-ray diffraction was used to examine the structure and determine the size of the crystals.  Atomic force microscopes were used to study the surface formation of precipitated materials. The dielectric permittivityεand ac conductivityσac of CuInSeTe thin films were measured at temperatures in the range of 303–453 K and frequencies in the range of 100 Hz–10 MHz. It is found that the ac activation energy estimated from the Arrhenius equation is 0.1004 eV which increases with substrate temperature and decreases with the increase of frequency. The exponentsshows a progressive increase withTs. The results are explained in terms of structural difference by the effect ofTs and thermal treatment.

     This research deals with the effect of gallium oxide and cerium oxide as dopants on the structural and optical characteristics of tin oxide. Gallium and cerium oxide doped tin oxide was prepared with different doping concentrations (0, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07) wt. pure and doped tin oxide thin films were prepared by the pulsed laser deposition technique. X-ray diffraction and UV-Visible spectrophotometer were employed to investigate both oxides doping effects.
