The collected data were presented in tables and statistically analyzed using percentage and weighted averages. Conclusions: The study revealed several key conclusions, notably the significant lack of training and qualification among employees, as well as insufficient financial and technical support, which hinders the effective use of Al applications in these libraries. Recommendations: The research offers several recommendations to develop em- ployees' skills and enhance the use of Al in the work environment. These include en-rolling employees in workshops and training courses on the latest Al applications and advocating for the provision of necessary resources to improve the performance and services of information institutions.
