Discrete Racah polynomials (DRPs) are considered essential for several applications such as approximation theory, quantum physics, and digital signal processing. However, the computation of high-order DRPs presents significant numerical and computational challenges. Even though the recent advancements in algorithms have improved numerical stability, the inherently sequential nature of these algorithms continues to be a bottleneck for large-scale implementations. This paper proposes a new multithreading-based algorithm for computing the DRP coefficients. The proposed algorithm is designed to accelerate the computation of high-order DRPs by considering the advantages of the independence of different tasks and the ability to process multiple coefficients simultaneously. The algorithm introduces distinct multithreading strategies for both zero-valued and non-zero-valued parameters, which include the zero-parameter balanced algorithm (ZPBA), the zero-parameter unbalanced algorithm (ZPUA), and the valued-parameter algorithm (VPA). The experimental results show that the proposed multithreading algorithms noticeably reduce computation time when compared to the state-of-the-art baseline algorithm. Notably, both ZPBA and VPA exhibit exceptional scalability across modern multicore architectures, delivering speedup factors exceeding 10× for large polynomial sizes. This work effectively bridges the gap between mathematical theory and high-performance computing, making the generation of large-scale DRP matrices computationally viable for advanced engineering applications.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a widespread Nontraditional Machining (NTM) processes for manufacturing of a complicated geometry or very hard metals parts that are difficult to machine by traditional machining operations. Electrical discharge machining is a material removal (MR) process characterized by using electrical discharge erosion. This paper discusses the optimal parameters of EDM on high-speed steel (HSS) AISI M2 as a workpiece using copper and brass as an electrode. The input parameters used for experimental work are current (10, 24 and 42 A), pulse on time (100, 150 and 200 µs), and pulse off time (4, 12 and 25 µs) that have effect on the material removal rate (MRR), electrode wear rate (EWR) and wear ratio (WR). This method aims to improve sustainable accounting performance (AP). In this circumstance, AI is being applied in various fields, notably in economic, social, and environmental (ESE) domains. This research investigates how sustainable development (SD) influences AI methodologies and AP improvement. The research examined a sample of Iraqi banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2022. AI was measured by ATM and POS prevalence. A three-dimensional approach examined economic, social, and environmental (ESE) sustainability. Meanwhile, the performance of sustainable accounting was measured through the return on asse

Show MoreIn this study, active knife and fixed knife of single-row disc silage machine has three different clearance C1, C2 and C3 (1, 3 and 5 mm) and it is tried in three different working speed V1, V2 and V3 (1.8, 2.5 and 3.7 km / h) and PTO speed (540 min-1) and machine's fuel consumption (l/h), average power consumption (kW), field energy consumption (kW/da), product energy consumption (kW/t), field working capacity (da/h), product working capacity (t/h) and Chopping size distribution characteristics of the fragmented material were determined. It has been found that knife-counter knife clearances smaller than 3 mm (1 mm) and larger (5 mm) have a negative effect on machine performance in general. In terms of fuel and power consumptions, the m

Considering that, one of the most significant aspects of sustainability is preserving socio-cultural and environmental specificities and restoring local heritage. The aim is influencing the local identity by promoting sustainability through the revival of Islamic geometric patterns (IGP) and their performance as effective components in local urban facades. A set of indicators related to the purposes for reusing IGP in facades within three main performances (decorative, structural, and functional). Their sustainability was studied and extrapolated, and a checklist has developed and tested by Likert scale on

The commercial finite element package ABAQUS/CAE version 2019 has been utilized. This article has presented the results of three-dimensional numerical simulations investigating the flexural behaviour of existing experimental work of supported Prestressed Concrete Hunched Beams with multiple openings of varying shapes under static monotonic loads. Insertion openings in such a beam lead to concentrate stresses at the corners of these openings; as a result, extensive cracking would appear. Correlation between numerical models and empirical work has also been discussed regarding load displacemen
