Carnitine is a regulatory amino acid, necessary for the metabolism of long-chain fatty acids in the ß - oxidation, and it is important in the organization of the work of the blood brain barrier, and is very important in the treatment of infertility and sexual apathy. This study was conducted at the Poultry Farm of the Department of Animal Resource, College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad during the period from 15/2/2011 to 1/8/2011. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with different levels of L - carnitin e on semen characteristics of guinea fowl male. A total of 24 guinea fowl male, 30 weeks of old were used in this study. Birds were randomly distributed into 4 groups (C0, C100, C200, C300). These groups were fed by four levels of carnitine 0, 100, 200, 300 mg Carnitine / kg diet. Birds were fed during the whole period of birds rearing which lasted 22 weeks on diet contain 17.77 % crude protein and 2933.8 Kcal metabolic energy / Kg. L-carnitine was added to the diets of birds at the beginning of 34 weeks of birds' age till the end of experiment which lasted 18 weeks including 2 weeks as preliminary carnitine treatment period. Guinea fowl were reared during experimental period in separated cages. The results showed significant improvement (P < 0.05) or (P < 0.01) in ejaculate volume, mass motility, individual, sperm concentration, percentage of dead spermatozoa and abnormal spermatozoa, spermatocrit, acrosomal abnormalities and semen quality factor. It is concluded from this study that the addition of carnitine to the diets of guinea fowl has led to improve semen characteristics of guinea fowl male.
The present study aims at identifying the effect of organizational pressure with its aspects (management, work team, nature and conditions of work, external environment) on job performance in all its dimensions (commitment and effort made, capabilities and the rapidity of performance, motivation and job satisfaction, work environment) for the university teacher at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Djelfa, Algeria.
In this research, the descriptive analytical approach is used. Data was collected through the distribution of a questionnaire to a sample that included 130 permanent teachers before being analyzed using the (SPSS) statisti

The research includes the synthesis and identification of the mixed ligands complexes of M 2 Ions in general composition ,[M(Leu) 2 (SMX)] Where L leucine (C 6 H 13 NO 2 )symbolized (LeuH) as a primary ligand and Sulfamethoxazole C 10 H 11 N 3 O 3 S) symbolized (SMX)) as a secondary ligand . The ligands and the metal chlorides were brought in to reaction at room temperature in(v/v) ethanol /water as solvent containing NaOH. The reaction required the following [(metal: 2(Na Leu --): (SMX )] molar ratios with M(II) ions, Were M ( Mn ( II),Co (II),Ni(II),Cu( II),Zn (II),Cd(II)and Hg( The UV Vis and magnetic moment data revealed an octahedral geometry around M(II), The conductivity data show a non electrolytic nature of the complexes . The current research aims to know the effect of Needham's constructivist model on the achievement of third-year students in the Life Sciences Department in the teaching methods subject. To achieve the research objectives, the experimental method was followed for the experimental and control groups with dimensional measurement of the achievement variable of the teaching methods subject. The research sample included (62) students in the third year of the Life Sciences Department, distributed into two equal groups in the variables (self-assessment of learning methods - chronological age in years - intelligence level - previous information). To measure the level of students' achievement, an achievement test was constructed consisting of (40) te

The present study had a parallel group, experimental design. In the present study, 200m sprinters constituted the population and research community. The study was conducted in the clubs of the province of Baghdad. A total of 12 runners were recruited as the sample for the study by the intentional method. The participants were divided into experimental group and control group using odd even method. Considering the findings of this study, the researchers concluded that the adoption of special interval training exercises

The outlet is discharging saline water to the east-western part of Al Hammar Marsh. After isolating the southwestern part of the marsh, a new outlet is proposed. The impact of the flow hydrodynamics on improving the water quality was simulated using the SMS model. The hydrodynamics and water quality simulation models for the marsh are : a hydrodynamic model and average depth (SMS RMA2) and a two-dimensional water quality model (SMS
