Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic chronic disease, with global estimation increase in patient (around 100 million in 2030).The aim of the current study is to investigate vitamin D, C-reactive protein and estradiol levels in pre and postmenopausal Iraqi women with type 2 diabetes (T2MD).A total of 176 female distributed into two groups: the first included 90 women withT2MD (43 pre and 47 post-menopausal); the second group included 86 healthy subjects (41 pre and 45 postmenopausal) considered as control. This study has shown that women in premenopausal (20-40 years) had highly significant difference in the estradiol and vitamin D levels in diabetes subjects (62.192 ± 17.643pg/ml, 10.522 ± 1.958ng/ml) compared with healthy (131.793 ± 18.003, 28.573 ± 12.302) respectively, also significant difference in CRP level (8.485 ± 4.318) was indicated compared with non-diabetes (4.811 ± 3.778pg/ml) and there was significant increase in body mass index in diabetes compared to healthy. Postmenopausal female results showed significant difference inestradiol and vitamin D which reached (44.82407 ± 19.626pg/ml, 9.830 ± 5.845ng/ml) compared with healthy (122.531 ± 15.738pg/ml, 25.492 ± 10.967ng/ml) respectively, body mass index showed significant increase also, however, there was no difference in CRP level. A significant correlation was observed between CRP and estradiol level in premenopausal women, however, there was no significant in others factors.the search found high correlation of CRP and estrogen in type 2 diabetes compared with healthy women.

Fifty snails of Paropeas achatinaceum specimens were collected and classified from four areas in Baghdad-Iraq from the period between June and July, 2017. The snails were divided into two groups (each group contain 25 snails). Two environment conditions were used in this study. Natural environment considered as control and experimental environment contains Citrus sinensis (L.) roots as snail’s source food. These estimators are closely related to the hazard function by using one of the nonparametric methods namely the kernel function for censored data type with varying bandwidth and kernel boundary. Two types of bandwidth are used: local bandwidth and global bandwidth.
